长像很奇怪的东西 网上REVIEW很高
自个对自个身上某个点按摩很有用 我全身各个点都大约都试了一下 的确有意思 这东
西设计得很到位 效果也不错 可是毕竟是工具 不能和真人手相比
第二款是 iNeed Lumbar Massage Pillow
是BROOKSTONE家的 这家的按摩东西大家都说好 这款东西REVIEW也极高
效果很好 在这个价位上 完全和好几百的按摩椅子有得比 力气挺大的 而且可以靠在背
腰的哪个部位都很 很灵活 不像按摩椅 有死角。
第三款是 The Sharper Image MSG-F110 Deep Kneading Shiatsu Foot Massager

vegetables, brushes, or tree leaves. They do have spikes on their legs. Your
kid may be pinched by its spikes, not a real "bite". So I guess that you
have nothing to worry about. But just keep a close eye on her, hopping for

轮装备之一了，你还需要一个小的surf包，一套wader，一套防水上衣，我们通常就是
aquaskinz dry top，一双带碳化钢钉的鞋子。再加上一个谈得来的fishing buddy，对
一些不错钓点潮汐的了解，和对striper/bluefish迁徙的一定了解（主要是baitfish的
迁徙）。
你目前基本都有了，只有鞋子，这个我有一套10号备用的（wading boot size），
korkers metalhead，去年用的，你来得时候如果合适可以使用。
今年春季不再使用这套的原因，是碳化钢钉有点少。不过据淡定哥及老鲨鱼的经验，还
算不错。鞋底图
如果你来得时候，上面这个不合适，可以使用下图的套在鞋外的这样的钢钉鞋底。我也
有一套备用的。
如果你要自己购买，以上的这两款都可以，长岛都很常见，建议只要海钓，就穿上这种
鞋子。
我今年春季更新了鞋子，一个春季使用下来，还算不错。不过市面上没有成品，需要自
己加工。

修过一次1800刀。Pitch，我记得是，比方说21的Pitch，就是螺旋桨转一圈能推进21寸
，大概是这个意思。40匹马力的船，估计13，14差不多了。把螺旋桨卸掉，看Part

这个裁判就是Jeff Triplette （姐夫三胞胎？）。 这周裁绿湾和圣人的。 看到有文
章说，NFL怎么在裁判敏感时期还派这人去绿湾，就好像NFL再找Janet Jackson回去超
级碗中场秀。 我也不知道这哥们有什么典故。 一查，就看到这个典故。 这呀果然
很臭，差点又黑了绿湾。
这个裁判最经典的故事是，仍小黄旗把人家球员眼睛砸伤了，人家下场疗伤后想下一个
Play马上回来，他不让，因为按规矩，如果受伤不用暂停的，必须歇一个play。球员怒
了，是你裁判把我弄伤的，还不让我上场。一怒之下，把裁判给按倒在地上。 这哪行
，于是马上被驱逐出场。 然后ＮＦＬ无限期的禁赛这球员。 这小黄旗居然让人家球
员眼睛暂时性的瞎了。 后来无法比赛，当年被布朗队砍了。 ＮＦＬ知道伤势严重后
，把他解禁了。 但人家还是一直修养了３年，才有巴尔的摩乌鸦队要他。
