军队指挥，可怜的人加入x-file没多久就结束了，这个里面刚出来就死了。
这个片子如果效果不好需要series finale，随时可以通过gate回来，
然后就结束了。:D
我看以后SG-1可能也要换换人，已经8年了。

例如MRO， 这个公司是同时做上游(开采)和下游(提炼)石油产业。 因为Petroleum(提
炼)的利润会随着原油价格上涨而下降, 这是在2008年困扰这个公司的主要原因，原油
在$150时候， 提炼的利润是亏损的。MRO今年把Petroleum分开来， 原来每股MRO的股
票能得到1/2股MPC， 这跟分红一样。 虽然MRO的股价“暴跌”了30%， 但是拿到MPC股
票的持股人是赚钱的。
这就是为什么HPQ在宣布spinoff PC的时候， 股价暴涨， 投资人都认为能受到类似MPC
一样的“红利”。这次20%的股价下跌是因为HPQ决定进入软件产业，恐慌造成的， HPQ
的本质没有变。

YHOO不一定用这种办法spinoff BABA的股票。其实IRS肯定征不到税的。
最简单的是，YHOO把自己spinoff出去变成YHOONEW，只留BABA股票在YHOO里面。
这样YHOO ticker就代表BABA的股票，YHOONEW代表yahoo自己和其他。IRS就没法征BABA

，说明中国和中国人作为群体，在世界上不太受人待见。虽然没有必要刻意讨好外国人
