In practice some people add 10% REIT in total portfolio. It is volatile and
count as stock in the stock bond split. It spits out dividend that is almost

八月初去了向往已久的阿拉斯加，美景，野生动物和钓鱼自然是三大目标。
下了飞机，购物然后就是一路狂奔，直指Denali。小睡2小时就被朝霞换醒。
到了Denali Camper Bus的车站，自然是要拍下这顶帽子。
目的地是Wonder Lake的Campground，一路上美景不断，惊喜连连。

不如意事常八九，到了营地，McKinley不愿出来，只好在蓝莓环绕的营地扎下帐篷，在

，并需要联系医生了。
我发了这个帖子后，立马带宝宝去儿科诊所，咨询了护士。看护士不用预约，诊所关门
前去即可，而且不收费。护士观察后说一切正常，并演示了如何拍嗝、安慰婴儿等动作
。回来后发现宝宝有时不用大人拍嗝，在把他慢慢UPRIGHT的过程中，会自发打出嗝了
，可能是宝宝每天都在不断成长中的一个进步吧。而且只要不动弹他，吐奶次数也大大
降低。即便吐奶，我也不会像从前那样大惊小怪了，呵呵。
我觉得在吐奶这件事儿上，我们能做的就是好好喂奶，让宝宝吃的壮壮的，才能早日摆
脱吐奶的困扰。外加，每次吐奶后，留意不要让奶流到宝宝耳朵里，唯恐引发中耳炎。

ok for her to cry for a while, and gradually she won't be so demanding. She
probably ate too much, too, that's why she spits up so much. You should
not always feed her when she cries.

we gave him gatorade (mixed with ice water) instead based on ped suggestion.
Drink milk, chocolate milk, vanilla milk... whatever baby is willing to
take. We had to play DVD for my son during meal time 3 times a day so that
we can get some liquid food down. Really tough time on both parents and baby
. worse case, use syringe to get baby some liquids (5 ml / 5 min ?) so that
baby is less likely to spit it up. |

7:00am: 起床，8oz 奶
9:30am: 一盒水果泥
（10:00am 左右睡觉）
12:00pm: 一大罐（6oz)蔬菜肉泥，有时候会剩一点点吃不完
2:30pm: 8oz 奶
（吃完通常再睡一觉）
4:30pm：酸奶 （大的一半，小的吃完）
6:00pm：5勺米粉 （大概一小碗）
7:30-8:00pm：洗澡前再8oz奶
宝宝70th percentile的体重，满匀称，但是ld看他肚子那么鼓，担心是不是给他吃太
多了，说吃多了反正也消化不了，所以想请教一下大家

另外，宝宝现在开始张第7颗牙，但是还不很会咀嚼，吃软面条都会吐，我们认为还不
ready，所以也没有刻意去训练他，当然小饼干也给的，想请教一下大家，是不是得要
坚持训练才好，即使他容易吐出来
这里说的吐不是主动不吃那个吐，而是 spit up/puke

很多小孩都有这个问题40~60%，严重程度不一样。吃一半吐一半的，应该少吃多餐。喂
奶粉的话，换sensitive 专门给spit up 的。
得敖好一阵子，书上说可能要到6个月，等他们自己肠胃慢慢成熟才行 |
