这是人类社会的内在特性。 人类社会有阶级， 有剥削， 就是喊着共产的也消弭不了
阶级区分， 实现不了资源平等共享。
所以不切实际的理想化口号少喊一点， 多来点实际。
所谓拉动消费， 拉动内需， 是通过消费来刺激更多的生产， 给下层阶级更多的工作
动力， 为上层阶级剥削更多的剩余价值。 社会通过分工和能力的不同， 能力上优势
的阶级总是通过工作效果的交换价值不同实现一定程度剥削。 举个例子说， 你生产了
一个iphone, 去换了二十袋白米回来， 你就通过价值不对等实现了对劣势阶层的剥削
。 如果你白给他一个iphone什么都没拿回来， 那就不是剥削， 更形成不了经济上的
消费拉动。
美国的中产之所以苦逼就苦逼在这里。 精神上的追求达到了技能上的优势。 但是更多
的工作带不来资源上的优势配置。 辛辛苦苦的工作成果， 不仅被中产之上的富裕资本
所剥削，还要被下层低技术能力的福利族来剥削。
相比之下， 中国的中产无论再抱怨国内如何不好， 他们身上都有一种强烈的对下层阶

很多hispanic black比劳模要聪明不少(非白墨), 他们的考试读书也很占便宜.
我以前grad school碰见过一个波多黎各的, 半黑, 相当聪明, 就是占了这个便宜.

最近的24年，表面上是民主党（克林顿和奥巴马）占据优势，入主白宫16年，共和党只
有小布什的八年。但是在国会，同时掌控参众两院，共和党占了14年，民主党只有6年
，另外4年是民主党控制参议院，共和党控制众议院。
再具体分析，克林顿和奥巴马都是只有在他们八年中的前两年是获得由民主党同时控制
国会两院的支持，而小布什的前六年都是由共和党控制国会两院。这就是说，克林顿和
奥巴马其实是只有两年的时间来推行实践他们的治国理念和竞选诺言，而小布什则有足
足六年的时间。
历史偶然吗？
那么在2001-2007年，共和党保守主义在美国完全一党独大（美国最高法院则至少从
1991年开始直到今年二月极端保守派的Scalia去世，保守派已经控制了25年了）的结果
是什么？是2007-2008的全球金融崩溃，和由此引发的二次大战结束以来最严重的经济
大萧条。

以“民粹主义”命名当今欧美的政治潮流，一个显而易见的问题是，如何区分“民粹政
治”与“民主政治”？如果说民主的要旨是“人民意志至上”，那么这种民主政治与“

上面那些回答说香槟治安还不错的小朋友真的是太年轻了。要知道玉米地曾经是十年只
出一起盗窃案的无比安全的地方，没有抢劫强奸，更没有杀人放火恶性案件。然而治安
从08年以后持续恶化，crime alert的频率从三个月一次，到一个月一次，到一周一次
甚至一周n次。08年以后芝加哥南区黑人区被驱散到大芝加哥区域宁静小镇的犯罪分子
如龙入大海兴风作浪，危险区域从原先08-10年左右仅限于3街以西unversity以北扩散
到整个北面，urbana东南角也逐渐因为section8的房子强制插宿无业流民变得极其危险
。后期到了13-14年左右，连main library，main gym和student union附近都有学生被
抢劫。入室抢劫强奸也是时有发生，green街这种中心地带还发生了random shooting死
