1. 去local 的自行车商店买20－30个spoke. 然后用电磨石把头端磨尖。 清水洗， 高
温煮， 消毒
2。 需要一个BBQ Griller. 最好是木炭的， 实在不行， 煤气罐的也成；
3。 买调料。 中国店里买辣椒面儿（买干红辣椒自己磨也成）； 到美国超市买盐和孜
然籽。 孜然籽英文叫cunning seeds;
3. 去costco买一大块羊肉， 切切切， 切成比qurter大的块儿；
4。 把切好的羊肉块儿串在磨好的spoke上， 一般是一个spoke上串5块。 如果想更正
宗， 每一spoke上再串一块肥肉；
5. 在羊肉串上撒点盐， 用plastic wrap把20－30串羊肉串裹起来， 放在冰箱冷藏30
分钟。
6。 Griller 起火， 然后开烤羊肉串。handle 羊肉串的时候最好戴厨房用的棉手套，
以免烫伤。 撒点孜然粒， 根据个人口味撒些辣椒面儿。 烤的时候要把羊肉串翻来
覆去， 两面都要撒些调料。 烤熟后， 就可以狂吃啦！

本来mechanic建议我换一般的spoke的,那个double butted, bladed aerolite主要就是
轻和风阻小,对我都没啥大用,强度还没一般的spoke. 但是小小的完美主义心态作祟,
还是让他尽量复原到和原来一样的wheel了...
我现在感叹买了高级的车就是上了贼船呀,啥东西修起来都要贵好几倍... |

the rear wheel looking? If you got it from a LBS, I'd take it back. Not
acceptable for only ridden 200 mi. I have a set of R500 700c on an older
bike and they look/spin just fine except they are heavy as hell. R500s are
pretty standard stock wheels used by many brands.
If you only have a few rusty/broken spokes in the front wheel, AND you are
not too fussy about its performance/weight/look, stick with the wheel and
