都 说美国的看守所羁押系统有这样一个好处: 这就是无论如何, 他们不能不给你吃饭
，虽然饭食往往少得可怜, 质量差得连狱方自己都管它们叫“狗食”（chow)。但我刚
到莫狱, 就赶上一次例外: 没有人给我任何晚餐, 这也许是警方给我的下马威：先饿你
一顿。那狱中第一夜，饥寒与耻辱, 焦虑与失望, 由天堂到地狱的痛苦无法以言语来表
达。第二天早上如厕，偶尔窥镜, 右侧头顶的头发已白了一束, 由此才信, 世上真有一
夜愁白头的。谈起狱食的细节，先来一个白描：一块拆去骨头的发着灰白颜色的鸡肉,
如一片快用光的肥皂大小，泛着水光, 很可能来自水煮的火鸡胸。这是我此生第一次吃
水煮的火鸡肉, 味很腥，盐放的很少，吃进口中味如嚼蜡。配菜为每日必见的罐头装的
水煮豆角，主食是两片面包, 再加一块1／3手掌大的棕褐色的玉米面甜发糕：这就是感
恩节”大餐“了。那”圣诞大餐“呢？火鸡胸肉换成熏火鸡肉而已。平常呢？下面咱们

今天是 vacation day。我就在沙滩上玩，捡贝壳，sand dollar，学Skimboarding。
晚上生火很困难，这次是在迎风的沙滩上。分工协作10多分钟后才就着沙子美滋滋的吃
上了西红柿酱面。
风太大了，吃的时候有 spork让风给吹走了，洗碗的时候让浪给冲走的。导致我洗锅的
时候领队还跑来看，生怕锅也冲走了。哼，小看我了。。。
吃饱喝足后围着篝火躺在沙滩上看星星聊天。ghost crab也过来了。大家一下子兴奋起
来，我们又是拍照又是赶的，在沙滩上折磨它，逗它，给它照了不少相。玩够了以后才
让它老人家走了。 |

发帖数: 10502 | 11 我是这样的，带了一个烤面包机，过安检的时候把检查员看傻了。
带了一个电烧水壶，还有一个折叠式的保温箱（Costco有卖），以及两个餐盒，玻璃的
泡面吃，塑料的盛水果，及刀叉勺一体的塑料spork。
先带一些面包房里的各色糕点，下了飞机又去超市里采购方便面、面包圈、罐头鱼、午
餐肉、方便粥、麦片、水果、水、冰、牛奶、等等。
这些基本上解决了早饭和午饭，晚饭还是尽量去饭馆吃点肉。
基本满意。本来还想带个气炉，没地方放了，没有托运任何行李。 |

发帖数: 10502 | 12 背包：原则是绝不托运。我用Eagle Creek的形状比较规整的一款，尺寸22x14x9。喜欢
登山包风格的可以用如Osprey Talon/Exos，限45升以下。
小背包:daypack，大包留旅馆里出门用，轻便为主，我用Rick Steves Civita。
腰包：money belt，不要用fanny pack，用于钱和证件的携带。
步杖: 如果要走山路的话，Black Diamond Ultra Distance是折叠式的可以放到背包里
，一根即可。
相机：防水防尘小巧的，我用Panasonic TS。
通讯：带一个手机及充电器及转换插头，到当地买一个SIM卡为宜。
个人卫生：牙刷、小牙膏、创可贴、防晒霜、驱蚊水、维生素、指甲刀、洗发水、
手动剃须刀（带安全刀片型的，因为双面刀片型的带不上飞机，电动的有点重）
肥皂洗衣服用，晾衣绳
毛巾：带两条，一条microfiber的浴巾，一条压缩后饼干大小的洗脸巾，均一夜可干
水瓶：薄的不锈钢的最佳，我用Fiji Water的方塑料瓶。
餐具：塑料Spork,刀叉勺一体
