现在有这么个问题，陡坡或者mogul跳的时候，落地经常会觉得leading foot的ankle
hurt，就比sprained ankle轻一点，走路都一瘸一拐的
然后park里跳，落地有时候也会扭脚
想问的是，好一点的靴子会不会增加ankle support
我知道这个肯定技术上有问题，想知道靴子究竟在这个方面有没有帮助

术，就那样了。现在养了半年了，踢球已经没问题，就是踢完球后会肿，不过也就认了。
你查查以前的帖子，你刚受伤的时候，我就建议你去医院的。听医生的，如果建议手术
，就好生养着，崴脚养不好，骨头缝间会有骨质增生，脚踝会松，弄成chronic就废了

第四是knee brace 我用过 保护的很好 但是很重很厚 对于没有伤过的人来说有点过了
第二跟第三很方便也有一定的保护作用 一般来说可以了
药的成份是造膝盖fluid的成份 至少要持续吃1，2个月才能见效 偶尔吃一吃是基本没
用的
膝盖痛的话踢球前吃个advil更见效
5周前踢球伤的膝盖 grade 2 mcl sprain 还在疗养 膝盖还是很stiff
因为有医学背景所以做了很多research |

them, ever.
180deg is as far as my ankles will go. I regularly kick heavy bags till
the skin on my insteps get pretty raw and never once have I had any
problems with my ankles, but I do feel a slight pinch in my ankles when
I swim with a 6 beat kick for more than ~500m or when I kick hard with
the zoomer fins on, so I'm still not sure if that's a good thing and if
that can be overcome with patience and practice.

I had similar problem two weeks into my spring league this year. I switched
to a somewhat heavier racquet right before the season started and I was not
used to the weight. I ended up with a sprained wrist and almost had to cut
the season short.
Initially I tried using ice packs and strictly avoided using my wrist. But I
was not able to recover fast enough to meet the weekly league schedule.

If you have a sprained foot, it's better to stop training for at least a
week, if not two weeks. During that period, rest as much as possible, and
stay on the bed or sit on a comfortalbe chair. If you have to walk, walk

Match的结果终于尘埃落定，周1等电邮的时候非常紧张，因为成败就在此了，虽然一直
告诉自己，今年只是热热身，成败都可以接受，但到真的揭晓的时候，还是很紧张，毕
竟一旦卷入其中就身不由己，何况自己也还是有所付出。到周4等match program的时候
虽然也有点紧张，但程度已经大大减少，1个原因是毕竟match上才是头等大事，去哪里
尚在其次，还有1个原因是心理还是有所准备了，虽然希望留在home school，但直觉告
诉我恐怕是非常困难了，在我rank list上第二位的program应该就是我要去的地方，果

柏克莱市外科医师卡普兰（Dr. Jerold Kaplan）去年到一名脚伤病人家里看诊。由于
是加州医疗补助计画（Medi-Cal）的病人，所以他向Medi-Cal开了90元的诊疗费。他以
为自己的收费已经很便宜，但是Medi-Cal只给他8.96元。
去年，卡普兰还出诊看了一个小儿麻痺症病人，Medi-Cal也只付他13.44元，事后还向
他解释，因为他的收费单寄得太晚，所以将收费减半。也就是说，就算全额也只不过27
元。
加州正全力迎接联邦健保改革法的到来，并且将Medi-Cal扩大，纳入150万无健保人士
，另外还要吸收90万名「健康家庭计画」（Healthy Families ）的儿童，因为原来为

事没有骨折 再绑一段时间就好了
我不信 自己去医院要来xray disc 有一根骨头（ulna）都快穿皮肤而出了不过倒是真
的看不出fracture 上网放狗一搜 有个dislocation的病例片子跟我的简直一模一样
最后自己去了医院找了orthopedic surgeon 看了片子 诊断为Closed dislocation of
distal radioulnar (joint)
打了一个over-elbow cast for 6 weeks 就是把手腕强拧过去按在那里
现在拆掉石膏已经2 weeks 左手略能活动 医生让做occupational therapy
但是左右forearm 手腕关节明显不对称 旋转角度也非常有限 时有疼痛

发帖数: 5141 | 42 昨天掉下来，正好扭到右脚。脚踝处瞬间肿起了一个鸡蛋大小的包。一晚上冰敷外加压
缩袜不表。今天早上，右脚根本不能吃力，巨疼。只能像小脚老太太一样，一点一点往
前蹭。
早上打电话约GP,直接让去医院的Accident and Emergency Unit。拍了X光片，据说是
nasty sprain...目前上了cast拄拐中。明天还要被医生接见。
我们这个嘎达，公费医疗，甚为社会大众所诟病。可是亲身经历觉得还是很好的。目前
为止一分钱都没收，上午看病从初诊，拍片，医生诊断，到上cast差不多只花了2个小
时。中间竟然还享受了轮椅服务。
呜呜呜，这一阵子三项中哪项也不能练了。只能争取修炼成铁拐企鹅。。。
最狠的是，昨天掉下来之后，在地上一边瓷牙咧嘴，一边说，这岂不是要有很长一段时
间不能爬墙了咩。之后在回家的路上说，这岂不是要有很长一段时间不能跑步了咩。
现在右脚肿成了猪蹄，差不多有左脚的两个大，非常有喜感。据一位前几周刚刚遭遇了
类似情况的同事说，伤会呈彩虹色谱状变化。今天，颜色：紫色。 |
