1. mask the surrounding area
2. sand it down to bare metal/fiber glass
3. clean the area
4. spray several coats of primer per primer
manufacturer's direction
5. sand the primer with proper sandpaper (go to the
parts store, read sandpaper instructions for the right
grain)
6. spray the correct paint (parts stores have the color
guide, you can find the color code on a sticker under
the hood or more typically, inside the door seam)

called drop in liner, usually cost below $100. spray on is supposed to be
better cause drop in liner can trap water between liner and bed, but if you
did a lousy job with spray on, it can be worse.

找了家门口感觉还比较靠谱的修车铺花了300多（3小时x85 和一些seal，hose等）换了
PCV。
感觉油门稳当一些，但是idle的时候还是转速往下掉，而且容易熄火。但是没有引擎灯
亮。
再到处学习考察了一下，很像是throttle body的事，早上起来照着下面链接的内容给
它搽搽干净（确实有些黑油墨），然后上电idle了好长时间让车子再自我调整。现在开
起来已经比较稳定了，当然得多开几天再看看。

刹车时重心前移，前轮负荷最重，因此前刹车盘是最烫的。这些spary一蒸发，就是你
闻到的那股机油味；并且由于是前轮，你会误认为是发动机舱里出来的。
刹车盘跟刹车片摩擦地方粘到的spray很快就磨掉了，但是没接触到的地方（包括边缘
和圆周顶端那些），就只能等它受热逐渐挥发掉了。所以估计你开上一两千mile之后，
这股味道还会在。

with their friends and family so they get destroyed after one application.

子都堵，整两天用嘴呼吸，因为用嘴呼吸，嗓子干到说不出话来。
我一开始用saline spray，其实就是盐水，不知道是不是因为我鼻子太敏感，用saline
反而觉得更难受。实在受不了就把过去用的一个nasal spray翻出来（忘了具体牌子了
），用了一次，立马见效，但是只能维持几个小时。后来想想还是跟OB问问安不安全，
Ob说这样的nasal spray只能连续用三天，但有可能会上瘾，就是停药以后鼻塞更严重。
后来我干脆什么药都不用，请了假在家，狂喝热水，每过两小时，洗个热水澡，一天煮
两次红糖姜水，煮水的时候拿毛巾捂住鼻子然后熏，chicken noddle soup就当饭吃。

就这么连续两天，折腾好了。希望对你也有用。 |

如果是液体鼻涕的话就用吸鼻器，娃也折腾，不让吸，我都是连哄带骗有时候硬来也搞
不定。有时候乘他睡着了吸，不过要睡得很熟，否则他一听到吸鼻器的声音就会闹。如
果是半固体或者固体鼻屎的话，我有一个很小的小镊子，专门给小娃清理鼻孔用的，不
过也要乘他睡着的时候清理，他一见到有东西往他鼻子放就开始闹，左扭右扭的。
娃到现在没有用过任何Saline Spray，不过估计今年冬天要用了，因为会很干燥。但是
我觉得Saline Spray对正在发病没用任何左右啊，我自己的经验，我感冒或者鼻窦炎发
作的时候，用Saline Spray感觉病没用任何帮助，只是每次冬天太干的时候喷喷。 |
