Q: Steve, I'm addressing this to you due to your power/skill in the pistol
department. Since I've started squatting and doing pistols, I've noticed a
very strong neural link develop between the heels and the glutes/lower back.
When I step down with a heel I can feel raw, springy power shooting up that
leg. I suppose this is what I meant when I said that good squatting
develops overall athleticism.

价钱和性能之间有一个“厂”字形曲线，当然横的那一画是略略上扬的。电钢琴的厂字拐弯大概出现在1000刀出头到2000刀，这是我个人的观点。这是对于新琴而言，二手琴另说。1000刀以下很少能找到我定义下的好琴。我的标准是手感和音色接近钢琴，到一个可以接受的程度。
先说手感。手感对我而言，最少最少也要达到跟yamaha的GH(graded hammer)或者kawai的RH(responsive hammer)同等水平，这已经是最低要求，像GHS就只能算电子琴级别的，我弹完第一个和弦就不想再弹下去。我认为，一上手就能说出的区别，就算巨大的区别了。在GH的基础上再加几百刀，就可以达到GH3。我觉得yamaha的GH3跟kawai的RH是同等级别的，而kawai家CA系列的graded hammer应该更牛。如果再加几百刀能有let-off，这个我也认为值得。BTW，在键的重量问题上，我side by side弹过yamaha家的电钢和声钢，感觉电钢的键比声钢还重，还真是矫枉过正，生怕别人认出它... 阅读全帖 |

我们学校每年大概有三到四次成批的考试，每次考试学校会买三套卷子。
比如春季毕业，他们会买SpringI,II,V,夏季的时候他们会买SummerI,II,V,
秋季的时候是FallI,II,V.
其中Spring I和SummerI,FalI中间至少有一半的题目是重复的。
同理，Spring II和SummerII,FallII也有很多题目是重复的。
相对来说II系列比I简单，重复率高。
我们班去年五月毕业的时候很多同学用的是SpringI,个别是II,
后来Fail的那些人暑假再考用的就是II卷，很多都过了，而且分数特高。
我是秋天考的（暑假回过了），第一次用I,FAIL,很低,
学得不好,丢得太久,也怪自己当时不相信弄到的那些REPORT。
考完发现跟以前的I重复的很多，于是决定相信它。
接下来的一个月就狂攻REPORT,到处找同学要STUDY POCKET(每次错了之后HESI会给),
然后打印出来,好多哦,自己看不完,让老公帮着看,然后把重点划下来,我只看他画的重
点.
一个月之后再考,分数大幅跃升近两百分,险险的过了.:)

it was on 4 bosu balls. his demo is very althletic and springy.
some of his typical showoff demo tricks:
jump up & dn table in pistol;
plank jump into fist push up then back into plank;
push up jump and spin
not sure cotter is able to dunk basketball or not. because of his outstanding core stregnth, the difference of 1-leg jump and 2-leg jump might not differentiate much.

，不然可能站都站不稳，尤其是跳着跳着突然急停，需要集中精力和core strength。

"Your shoes matter too. I will be running in the zero-drop Newton MV2,

precise.
BMW shifter was described as "springy" by Motortrend. But the clutch is very
good too.

买前我也试开了08 AP2，感觉方向盘助力有所不同，08的方向盘有种回中力似的感觉，
有点springy，类似bmw3+sports的方向盘，NB miata和AP1都没有。另外AP2松离合更
smooth，后来才知道离合液压泵加了一个限流阀，避免离合瞬间锁死。再就是动力，
AP2扭矩大，前四档更aggressive，所以起步时明显感觉力量大一点。 |
