，完全没必要。
后来发现其实农民店也有不少organic的东西，打折了也不贵，所以就几乎很少再去
whole food。
trader joe's很土特产么？我觉得很欧洲风格啊。sprouts那才是真正的美国农村风格

多。 携带的补给效率很低， 根本就不能长期航行。 离需要抗败血病的需求还远。 而
且抗白血病很有效的就是柑橘类水果。 根本不需要什么豆芽， 而且西方一样有各种
sprouts.
要说起来， 西欧的不比， 阿拉伯的航行技术就比中国高很多了， 不然也不会用一个
回回。 中国只是胜在工艺出众， 人力丰富， 能造大船。 经济效益还不如一定高。

上午在garage干活，觉得还挺冷的，到中午推门出去一看，deck在滴水 - 感情真的是
零上了啊，心里那个火大，你就不能然我休息一天不去外面么？
吃了午饭，马上架梯子上屋檐（我们只有在后院那一侧有一条4，5米长的ice dam, 最
剧烈的地方有半尺高，一尺多深，上礼拜试着敲过，很难），上去一看，又积了3寸的
雪，用roof rake一把拉，雪下面的shingle都湿嗒嗒的 - 已经开始化了。用roof rake
弄了一会以后，想还是乘着气温高弄ice dam吧。这一通敲，全敲掉了，这冰都开始松
了，上礼拜像砖头，今天就像木头，这么个差别。
都敲了以后，down sprout里的水流声音明显了点（心里作用？），看着湿漉漉的房顶
，心里挺后怕的，要是窝在家里休息，这水八成是要漏进房子了。 |

computer programmers who where laid off who before doing so put what I call
a "time bomb" in their programs. I got stuck "inheriting" their code and
had to figure it out and it took months and months to do so. Learned a lot
in the process though! Time bombs are not computer bugs or viruses or
anything like that which could get you in big trouble.... but this is what

“消费者报告”（Consumer Reports ）对全国63000消费者进行了问询，基于超市

现在日本中国欧洲美国的很多研究小组发现很多素食含有维生素b12, 由于欧洲人以前
没有食用这些食（药）品，所以以前西方科学家得出了人需要吃肉补充B12的这样一个
巨大的错误结论。今天这一错误的结论仍然misleads着全世界很多的人。其实吃素营养
足够 更健康。含有B12的素食至少包括：
1） 紫菜 海带等海藻类 (spirulina)
2） 各种各样的蘑菇 (mushroom), 这是日本科学家2012年作出的重要发现。见参考

3） 腐乳之类（tempeh）
4） 日本餐馆里都有的miso汤
5） 其它发酵的食品 如腊八豆
6） 紫花苜蓿（Alfalfa）含有各种大量的B1, B6, B12等。紫花苜蓿是亚洲人的食
物。阿拉伯人称之为食物之父。
7） 各种豆芽菜类 （sprout）
8） 日本的黑茶叶， 类似茶叶中国也有。
9） 传闻南美印第安人某些植物食品和中国的菠菜和馒头都含有维生素B12，红萝卜
放在室温下被表面的细菌分解后产生B12，这些有待进一步研究证实。

时，就开始吃，觉得很好，味道比大甘兰浓。我把它切成角形炒了或煮了吃。
我觉得芽甘兰是好蔬菜，不知道为什么在中国几乎没见过。中国可以引进芽甘兰，售价
可以比普通甘兰贵两三倍。
美国人都是把芽甘兰整只像煮鸡蛋一样用水煮熟，或烤熟，属于粗制滥造。中国人会把
芽甘兰切碎，用猛火爆炒，或烫火锅，剁碎了混在炒米饭里也不错。 |
