。nightrunner推荐308，我的美国朋友，也算是我打猎师傅吧，推荐30-06. 一个是新
时代的猎人，一个是打了一辈子的老猎人，观点不一样。我又作了很多研究，最后选择
了308. 308可以打熊，但目前没此打算。
我也是在dicks买的，special order。因为SPS-SS一般没现货，都得从目录order。买
的过程也是一波三折。我又仔细看了remington的网上，SPS-SS也没有combo。所以你的
好像应该是ADL-SS combo？ |

我的CZ452，打了有一千发的样子，现在打一百米的靶子，只要天气合作，经常能打出<
1MOA。上次天气太不合作，一下子给我吹出五六个MOA以外，风向还不停的变。
给我支0.5MOA的308，适应一下肯定能经常打到1MOA一下。好枪+好镜子的好处就是不用
担心器材，出了问题肯定是自己。
买东西有两个策略
1. cheapest get the job done，这个就是10FCP-K，除了腮托该有的都有了，而且打
废了自己换管子也容易。700P也没有腮托，还不如上个SPS Varmint或SPS Tactical。
2. something you really want and can actually afford，这个就是CZ-750。
具体到买一件东西上，到底用那个策略，要具体问题具体分析。镜子容易选，枪支水太
深，还在考虑中 |

发帖数: 2677 | 14 本想去店里看看M700 SPS Tactical，正好碰到这个AAC-SD，两把枪的托都是Houge做的
。AAC-SD是1:10 threaded barrel，打重弹不错，不过自己装muzzle brake可能不行，
没有lathe也没有那个技术。
SPS tactical的精度是公认的，开箱三发0.5MOA的样子。这个AAC-SD怎么样？记得
Fedora兄有一把，汇报一下吧 |

发帖数: 3155 | 20 这两个的action和管子缠距完全一样，CZ 550 Varmint的25.6"管，装个muzzle brake
装750说成26"，四舍五入，是在玩字游戏。同一个厂大批量生产的枪，共用
barreledaction很正常，26"管子的SPS varmint，截成20"就成了SPS tactical，而不
是把20"的管子弄成26".
两者共用一个barreled action的说法从来没见CZ出来否认过。CZ是从来不放弃宣传产
品的特色，看看75系列手枪几个竞赛型号，比常规75改进的地方列的清清楚楚。如果
750是花功夫accurize了，CZ不宣传才怪了呢，否则市场部门该换人了。我不认为750有
多贵，市价$1.7-$1.8K的样子，比A3G便宜多了。550 varmint换个完全可调的枪托，加
muzzle brake，花费很容易就$1K了
用Surgeon这样的顶级action，加上308竞赛管子，定制chamber，手装弹，可能经常打
出五发0.3。你这是用厂枪加厂弹，打出了0.3这个顶级定制的精度，这水平要是还烂，

difficult" generally because there are more AMGs there. But there are no
real statistical data about the number of IMGs and IMG fail rate in
different centers. So nobody really knows.
The center is fine. The SPs are SPs. They are just actors. the proctors are

Some SPs can not come to workshop because most public transportation was
cancelled. Dr. Thomas was close to cancel this workshop but he did anything
he could to held this workshop as scheduled. I actually practiced many cases
with about 10 SPs. I highly appreciated Dr. Thomas' efforts. I think that
he really cares about students and care about the students' success.
I highly recommend GoldUSMLE workshop.

blizzard from Feb. 8-10. Some SPs can not come to the workshop because most
public transportations were
cancelled. Despite all the difficulties, the workshop was held as scheduled.
I learned a lot in
differential diagnosis , PE, and PN. I also practiced many cases
with about 10 SPs. I highly recommended this workshop.

"pass" today. The SPs there are very nice. I prepared for more than 4 months
as I am a full-time, very old CMG (>20y). I missed my first exam date in
last May as I was not confident. Now the exams have became harder as they
have raised the standard. Luckily, I got chances to practice with 2 live

如果经济能力许可，那当然 Kaplan NJ 5天班 是最好的选择。
Step2CSReview, NJ 2天班：大部分是学 Kaplan 的，连standardized patients也是从
Kaplan 过来业余捞外快的. 问诊体检基本跟Kaplan 一致。 缺点是老师没有医生，所
以对写病历还有鉴别诊断等的讲解不够深入。我是先去的这个班，觉得不够报名去下面
两个班的。当时主要是想多跟SP 练习。刚好Kaplan班 和 Gold NY 班是连着的，就一
口气两个都去了。Gold 班是好几位同学一起去的。Kaplan 我当时最看中的是模拟考，
不过去了之后觉得收获很多，解答了很多疑问。
GoldusmleReview, NY 2天班： 老师是医生，对鉴别诊断的问诊非常有经验，ROS总结
的很好，对回答challenge questions 也有一套。 问诊的套路基本也是Kaplan的那一

-Took Kaplan 5 days course, very helpful! It helped me identify my weakness
and strengthens. My stress level was way down when I found out that I only
failed ICE part on the MOCK exam. I did not prepare at all when I went to
take the course.
-Read FA and core cases for less than 3 weeks. so total less than 4 wks

I attended the Ximedus workshop this month. According to what they said, you
don't have to summarize what the patient just told you. It is not in the
SPs' checklist for CIS anymore.
Since you have attended Kaplan CS course, do you get the same
information? Summarizing what the SP said is time consuming, usually takes
30 seconds to 1 minute, which is very crucial during the 15 minutes

人性化，在学校待久了有点受宠若惊。目前确定面试反响很好，和HR谈过，在等具体
offer。最令我惊讶的是，当HR听说我女友也是相关方向博士，主动要求我转发CV,说可
能还有位置。
背景，博士刚答辩，肿瘤免疫方向。论文一般，9分多的两篇，一篇9分多的在审，是我
联系的和某大药厂的一个合作项目。剩下的共同作者，综述大概10来篇。课题一般不是
很深奥但是侧重于转化。博士前曾经在美国做过短时间研究交换。
四月申请了一个不是很具体的职位，电面。之后两个月没消息，以为没戏了。六月收到
邮件，邀请申请一个还没放出来的职位。在职位公布后第二天申请，并且用了联系我的
Associate Director作为推荐人。申请截止后两周，大约七月中旬收到邮件，直接去
Onsite。
整个过程从9点到3点，主要是两个Senior Principle Scientist和两个Associate
Director.同时有另外两个候选人一起面试，一个是在瑞士的薄厚，一个是英国人，博

自《食品安全法》公布实施后，卫生部承担了食品安全标准制定公布职责，通过两
年多的努力，工作取得了明显进展。一是完善了标准管理制度。公布实施了食品安全国
家标准、地方标准和企业标准管理办法，按照公开、透明的原则，规定了标准制定公布
的程序和管理要求。组建了食品安全国家标准审评委员会，由多个领域的权威专家担任
委员，提高食品安全标准审评水平。二是抓紧制（修）订食品安全标准。目前已经公布
新的食品安全国家标准176项，包括68项乳品安全国家标准和食品添加剂、真菌毒素限
量、预包装食品标签等基础标准，会同农业部门制（修）订农（兽）药残留限量标准。
废止了食品中锌、铜、铁限量标准，取消了食品污染物限量标准中的硒指标。完成指定
