发帖数: 11593 | 1 起因：livingsocial上卖Papa Spud‘s家的券，17刀买一年的subscription外加一次总
价值20刀的grocery的送货上门。
好奇看了一下这个网站是干嘛的，貌似他们就是从附近农场进货，然后每周按照我们定
好的菜（如果不定他们会随机选菜）送货上门，每次收4刀运费。
因为可以随时cancel，然后觉得17刀买20刀的菜也还是个可以考虑的事情，所以就买了
一张券，subscribe了一年。他们对于首次加入的人还额外送4刀，这样就算是17刀买24
刀的菜吧。
今天大致比较了一下他家的菜和别家的价格。
首先，所有的蔬菜和水果都不用考虑了。他们的价格较之美国超市并无竞争力。
其次，Maple View Farm家的牛奶、奶油和Lattas Egg Ranch的鸡蛋列入去死去死党，
比店里卖的普遍贵一两块。
再次，Wilkerson Farms家的牛排可以考虑，比BJ’s略便宜，但是一定要买最大块的，
小块的单价偏高。
最后，La Farms家的巧克力可颂和司康比店里便宜一块钱。大概是如果买四个司康或者
可颂可以把那四刀运费赚回来。= =

find Chinese who are as height as Spud Webb(1.70) and win Slam dunk in NBA?

可行，请板上各位多给建议。
第一天， Denver开车走285到durango，估计能下午4点左右到。现在在去mesa verde和
在sanjuan坐滑翔机之间犹豫。打算晚上camping。 不知道那边有没有能洗澡的camping
site，希望各位能给推荐一下。
第二天，早晨去Spud Lake Trail，然后开车走million dollar highway到
Uncompahgre National Forest走Galloping Goose Trail，这条trial 20mile，肯定走
不完，只是看网上推荐，所以打算去转转。或者去旁边的Grand Mesa，但是不确定那边
有没有合适的trail。
第三天，开车到aspen，一共有7小时左右的活动时间，打算尝试走一下snowmass-
maroon bell的trail去electric pass，网上看去pass的trail有长有短的，短的说一共

其说是“风险小”列表，不如说是“房子难涨地区列表”。试论证一二：
1. 常言道“强者恒强，弱者恒弱”。NYC, SF地区房价高企不是一年两年了，支撑房价
的不是那个affordability的percentage，而是能afford的人口数和房子总数的比例。
这里看百分比是没有多大意义的。只要还有人能买得起还愿意买，即使affordability
只有15%又如何呢？
