2009年一月被裁员，以后一直断断续续在网上的找工作，投简历，但连电话面试都没几

太弱，就开始让我改简历，找business analyst的工作。
其实我一开始并不愿意改行，毕竟IT薪水高，而且以前做的东西也喜欢。但形式不由人
啊，眼看日子哗哗的过去，工作没个眉目，老公都开始暗示超市的招工广告了，只好来
者不拒，面猎头找的分析师工作。
最近半年一共电面了4家公司，2个on site，主要问题是，为什么两年没有工作，为什
么不做IT （我以前的title是principle application developer).
根据猎头的指示，我表示养孩子的责任很大，所以在家照顾孩子，直到孩子上全日制一

开价237K;面积1470 sqr feet.
07年的房子，3房2.5 baths，上周才上市，今天去看房子的时候，agent说已经有两个
full price offer。
房子新，保养的也不错，有车库（是detached，和厨房隔了一个小yard（3-4米？）
房主人要把冰箱，洗衣机和烘干机搬走
他们家里有狗，我看那样子地毯可能需要换（二楼的卧室是地毯，一楼是地板）
另外一些concern: heater锅炉是烧煤气的，还有Washer & Dryer都在二楼主卧的旁边

个锅炉和主卧这么近是不是安全隐患？
