发帖数: 270 | 2 来哥大留学三年了，由于本人的性格比较内向，各方面也比较均衡，所以在学校或是相对的小范围内，一直是默默无闻的那种。不过哥最近出名了，而且还引起了一个行为动作的热潮。人呐，谁也不知道明天会发生啥，你会因为什么一举成名。
一节历史课上，前排的同学出了点意外，凳子的一个螺丝松了，作为同学帮忙是分内的事。当我很自然的蹲下来，双脚全部着地，屁股后沉，低头去拧那个螺丝的时候，有个同学惊讶的来了一句：the asian squa！！于是很多同学都学着我的样子蹲了下来，于是神奇的事发生了，任谁都不能双脚完全贴地的蹲下，只有我，一个亚洲人可以。
下课后，一群同学把我像猴子一样的围了起来。强烈的要求我在示范一下，我是哭笑不得。这不就是我们习以为常一个蹲坑的动作嘛！我看着他们东倒西歪蹲下来的样子，哈哈大笑。这就是吃馒头和牛排的差距啊。
后来的事就是很多人都知道我了，认识的不认识的，见面第一句话就是: the asian squa!我经常用汉语解释，这就是祖传拉屎的姿势！一群人面面相窥，太特么有意思了。 |

家推荐一些值得看看的景点，然后就是交通方便（公交/步行）方便的酒店或者PL bid的
zone吧。
PL boston我看到靠谱点的除了Financial district那个zone之外就是这个Copley squa
re/Theatre district了，请问这个区的酒店方便么？

？下蹲速度确实过快，不过我看不少那种olympic squa包括版里吕小军那个视频，他都
是很快下然后慢慢蹲起来的，可能我的理解不对，但觉得你说的貌似更像powerlifting
squat的技术动作。。我个人比较喜欢练olympic style～如果能更详细得解答就更好

t，Romania squat，sumo squat，各有各的侧重点。我觉得大重量suqat对跳跃这类的帮
助不小，但是一般滑滑不见得有多大用。另外我觉得练telemark的人不妨多练练负重wa
lking lunge，练downhill的不妨多坐坐马步。脚上也下点功夫，负重提踵之类的也做做

with a stopover at Las Vegas was oversold, so I was happy to switch to a
direct flight with Delta and landed at Salt Lake City 4 hours earlier than
planned.
Looked up some restaurants reviews on Yelp and decided to have dinner at
Rodizio Grill. It truly lived up to its fame, and if you are a carnivore
like me, I'd highly recommend its Brazilian BBQ buffet.

7月3日 早晨6:45am 大巴，至time square 11:50am 左右，入住后直接去时代广场买
THE PHANTOM OF THE OPERA的门票。先前听某位jj介绍说，时代广场的VISITOR CENTER
可以找到该剧的coupon（100$的票价可以买到45$的），奈何是乡下人进城，愣是没找
到那个center，只看到一个tkst的售票点，在卖打折票，于是排队去买，很遗憾，
cashier说这个票没有了，让我们下午3点后再去（关于买show票，会再开一个专门说）
。于是就买了地铁票去brooklyn大桥那边，看桥，看city hall，坐ferry看自由女神，
再逛逛wall street。这里说下地铁票，有同学推荐说有日通票，可惜我没看到，只有
周通票和月通票及年通票；想着两人来回就4次，就买了次票了，地铁票价为$2.25一次
，花$8，系统送$1.2（以15%的比例送），刚好够两人来回。
从时代广场42 street坐地铁有好多路线可选，比如可以坐R线（95 th street-Bay
Ridge station），7min后抵达Union squa |
