，需要更换。Labor加parts一共要260刀左右。
但是感觉3万Mile的车好像不应该这么早要换brake pad。我的车是Toyota Corolla 06。

2006 Z4 3.0si VS 2010 Miata
dealer都开价2万左右。Z4 55k miles，Miata 10k miles。
外观：Z4+1
这个基本就是看个人喜好了。NC的miata从前面看很像是在对着你笑。这种笑: xD，张
开嘴大笑。。。
Z4的车头很长。停车的时候要稍加注意。
内部空间：Z4+1
Z4完胜miata。坐进去以后，感觉一点都不拥挤。我1米78，170lb。
相反的，坐在miata里面，腿部空间感觉还行，但是左手臂几乎没有什么空间，基本上
左手握着方向盘8点的位置，手肘就碰到门了- -很不爽。敞篷收起的时候感觉头部空间
有点小。
内饰：
两个都挺中规中矩的。Z4的手刹位置很靠后，很靠后。如果个子小一点的人开，座位往
前移动不少，我甚至都怀疑会拉不到手刹，或者很扭曲的才能拉到。。
印象中Z4两个座位中间没有cup holder，没在意，就光顾着开了，后来才想起来。。
用料方面就没什么好比的了，毕竟两个车的原价也不一样。

已停车的时候也能听见 关闭发动机 但是电还开着 噪声就没了
也有可能是哪个管子漏气/漏风的声音有点像 不过车外和hood仓都听不到 只有车内才
听到 声音不大 安静的时候才能听见 不过好像是持续的 有点像耳鸣那个声音
之前貌似没有（但是之前drive belt老了，那玩意squeak的声音很大，maybe盖住了这
个声音），今天换了belt，air filtr，cabin filter，其他没动 |

发帖数: 305 | 8 02 accord se 120k，去年DIY了前闸。最近出了情况，貌似开了五六麦以后driver
side的刹车片有时会磨rotor，产生squeaking noise，发热也厉害。不磨的时候没噪声
，一切正常。这车以前也有左前闸磨损比右前闸快的现象。我怀疑是caliper的问题，
尤其是slider pin和piston。LD开到dealer那儿查了一下，结果说是brake pads不对，
得用honda自己的才行。我觉得这个说法够呛，没法解释为什么右前闸不出事，而且以
前开着也没问题。请问这个开着时不时磨闸可能有些什么原因？另外，这车后闸磨得该
换了，这个有可能影响到前闸么？谢谢！ |

I have only owned the car for less than a year. I replaced radiator, t-stat,
new tires, o2 sensor, plugs, wires, external= I keep it nice. It is a 20
year old car. Speedo cable squeaks, and ck engine light on. Originally I
thought it was an O2 problem. Minor stuff. Car runs strong and is a pleasure
to drive. not sure about the water pump. |

以为是pulley有问题 但是想想觉得大部分pulley都在passenger那侧
决定先换皮带 毕竟皮带已经10年新了
换了以后声音仍然存在 而且pulley感觉没问题 用手侧向掰了一下很紧
去mechanic的时候顺便让看了看 说是没问题
无意中上网看见有人说换了无数个pump都不能解决 后面有人回复让换 p/s fluid
没有做flush，这个需要把pump的return hose拔了
直接从reservoir里面吸出来 然后灌新的进去
whine马上就消失了
反正买了一大桶，准备以后每隔星期都换一次 就当时flush
那么问题来了 p/s fluid好像没有任何地方说需要更换阿 |

但现在还是不完全确定网上以及dealer说的。当然是希望是正常的机械咬合的声音。
RAV也是朋友家也开，推荐给我的。。还是希望车子没问题。

Replacement XC90 less than 20km and still sitting on the showroom floor.
Leaking roof with water coming in after a few buckets thrown over the roof.
I also requested Volvo to check the brakes with the 2 technical journals out
for the front and rear brakes and response was that they will not do
anything with the brakes until they start squeaking. This is a known problem
and I am already onto my second car and you would think they would be going

但是小零件的组装，尤其是小塑料件的质量不好保证,开个两三年后，两扇门过bumper
会咯吱响，需要在铰链出缠绕胶布减震，转向的时候咔咔咔，怠速也没新车的时候那么
安静了，冬天时候更明显。小塑料件掉落有时候还不知道从哪里掉下来的，偶尔发现门
边少了个橡皮垫，小螺帽之类。 某一天发现安全带突然从地板上跑出来了，car seat
就靠上半边固定着，因为地板处的大螺丝没有拧紧，需要重新自备扳手扭回去，还要检
查剩下的螺帽，心理无数草泥马飞过，这种不是大毛病的瑕疵今后使用中会在美车中慢
慢凸现。。。

但车刚开回家第一次往driveway上转弯就注意到了.
原先, 以为是新车得磨合一下.
现在开了1k miles 了, 声音照旧.
每次进出 driveway 往前或倒车都能听到.
第一次买VW, 以前所有车都没有过这个问题.

擦引起的。新房子由于节点钉得很紧，一般不会产生摩擦现象。年代久了节点难免产生
松动，从而摩擦发出噪音，但一般不会对结构造成威胁。放心住着，放心睡觉，房子塌

昨天发现也有squeaks。
我们是apartment,所以subfloor是铺在水泥地上的，他们用钉枪打进去的，显然钉子用
得不够多，所以导致subfloor就没铺稳。
现在正在让他们拆了重装，气死我了。

没钉紧。
我们是solid wood over wood subfloor，contractor先用了self leveling
underlayment, 然后铺了insulayment, 最后钉上实木地板。contractor说他们一直用
一种很薄的felt paper做insulayment, 但是我们当时要求用Whisper Wool,一种比较厚
的隔音的insulayment，所以他们的nail gun不够strong. 但是contractor还发过来责
怪我们，意思是谁让我们要换一种他们不熟的insulayment的。
我们只付了一半定金，另一半还没付。我想问一下，我该怎么让contractor把这个问题
解决掉？他们说要再用些钉子直接从上面钉下去， 这样会不会很难看？ 我想让他们把
有问题的木地板取出来重新装，但不知道这样现不现实， 比方说会不会伤到木地板？
还有这样他们要再花多少人工？我们有1000 sqft左右，其中大概有500 sqft有程度不
一的squeaking问题，不知 |

ok but no perfect. The following is what I did. Hope it will be useful to
some of you.
1. Make sure you have the right subfloor for hardwood floor
2. Buy hardwood floor and open boxes in the room to acclimate hardwood
boards for 1 or 2 weeks (avoid winter to do installation)
3. Remove baseboards
4. Remove carpets
5. If drywall does not directly touch the subfloor, check if the gap

1）fireplance的烟筒那堵墙漏过水，所以replace了，但是replace了多大面积，不知
道。07年
2）冰箱的ice maker坏过，好像还弄得漏水什么的，修过。06年
3）Gutters有生锈的情况，每年要清两次。这个正常吗？可能修不？修大概多少钱？
4）部分地板，squeaking，说replace了地毯。这个不太明白，换地毯可以解决这个问
题？
5）屋顶修过
6）gararge的门修过
7）楼下厕所有过一次flooding，房屋保险cover了维修费用
8）据说sprinkler会喷水喷到房子上
9）全屋窗以及推拉门都foggy
10）有一堵墙有点Fungus的问题。这个跟mold有区别吗？
请大家帮忙看看这算正常还是high maintenance的房子？需要修的部分大概花多少钱？

木地板squeak有时候就是因为木地板和下面那层subfloor贴得不严密，有种做法基本上
就是用螺丝或者钉上。
他要是不是翘的太厉害，估计钉上就行。 |
