come back if you have bad luck in one hand.
I have very very bad luck in live game, although I still win money from
there. here is several big pots I remember and I am very used to the the bad
beat but it happens to me so often.

Squat:
1) The bar is racked too high on the rack as I notice that you had to raise
your heels to get the bar out. It needs to be at your chest level on the
rack - use your nipples as the reference.
2) Your heels came up during ever rep. I am not sure if it's a ankle
mobility issue or simply a cue issue. Keep the weight on your heels or mid-
foot and push from your heels. Do practice like this with a very light
weight: keep your big toes up during the whole rep and find the feeling of

我觉得，右手在保证扳机指放松灵活的前提下还是要握紧些，左手则使多一点劲儿握紧控好枪， 不用去想什么40/60
30/70的，只要不僵硬，自己感觉要舒服，枪自然在身体中心。如果你感觉枪有点向左歪，可以左手翻腕多一点，这样会平
衡，只要trigger squezze和follow through不是太差，手枪射击的距离，精度基本够用了。
你可以呼唤“大宝”出来帮你分析一下，不过估计他labor day带老婆孩子玩去了。 呵呵 |

主要明确用途，是靶场打准，还是玩战术上卡宾课？ Upper 看看Noveske和Larue, 如
果想靶场打特准，上18／20寸SS的，如果特想搞战术CQB, 上14.5的。 除了上面两种情
况，上个16寸Mid Length的不亏。Lower无所谓LMT的499的就行，买整枪交税不划算。
上次我打了一个朋友的16寸的Noveske upper, 600码非常轻松的10中8，当然他的镜子脚
架和子弹都很好，哥们还进range里测了风偏，我只要调好呼吸 squezze， 留1秒
follow through,很容易打中大约胸靶那么大的铁方块。对于一把5.56半自动来说足够了。 |

want to count on that and C/R flop just kills everything.
if I bet 75 on turn and get raised by CO, will BB call? if BB call, I fold.
