1. Chink eyes - 细长眼，而不是圆眼
2. Slanted eyes - 斜眼
#1 在黄种人中是普遍现象。比起其他人种，黄种人基本都是线型的，而且相对要小很
多。眼比较大的，也是椭圆型，而不是像他们那样圆。
#2 这种其实很少。名人中应该只有Lucy Liu和一些韩星是这样，白种人如川普老婆，
也是这样。说亚洲人是slanted eyes, 属于十足的偏见。
#1 又称为squintted eyes, 即眯缝眼。韩国人最严重。早期华人移民也很多这样的。
当代华人其实相当一部分也是这样，不过女人比男人强一些。
有些白人也这样，比如Beckham, Brat Pit. 但他们阳刚气足，小眼睛反而增添魅力。

不过我觉得书里没太讲具体训练问题，而且感觉Dr. Maffetone作为医生，最关心的是
健康，至于比赛成绩什么的都是次要的。
要批判大书的可以读一下人家的总结，缺点说的很到位：

rate stroke volume or muscle physiology for different sports. Maffetone does
not consider maximum heart rate nor resting heart rate to be significant.

家分享我的一点小经验。
美国的验光很严格，非要看到 20/20 才行，中国的验光师跟他们说一下，他们会适当
的调低一点。其实眼镜的度数高不是很好，至少我个人凭经验是这样的，像我们这样基
本近距离用眼的人，眼镜度数高会导致度数逐年的慢慢增加，(可能是经常累着眼睛了)
而且刚开始戴的时候会很难受。我的办法是平常都带国内的配到0。8左右的眼镜，去
看黑板，听讲座就戴美国的20/20的眼镜。听讲座的时候如果看不清，SQUINT的话，会
很伤视力的。
我个人觉得在国内的大地方配眼睛其实比美国好。我在国内和美国都是选最贵最好的配
，我国内的眼镜要6000RMB，美国要的$550左右，但是国内配的比美国的好。国内我可
以配到日本造的双面非球的镜片，非常轻薄，美国最好的镜片也不能做到那样，受很多
规定的限制。我给美国的配镜师看我国内配的眼镜，他们都称赞不已。而且我在国内配
的眼镜头次戴上就非常舒服，美国的眼镜要稍微适应一段时间，可能是美国的磨镜师手
比较粗糙？
如果要经常用眼的话，视力就是会下降的，跟年纪大没有关系。我需要 |

1965版的，特意买的DVD看得，对真喜爱的不愿意看盗版的，呵呵。有几个镜头印象特
别深刻：春天来了，，那儿一大片一大片春天里在风中不停摇摆的小黄花；日瓦格医生
走下火车，透过树叶望去，看到了满树满树的阳光。Lara被迫离开他，在冰天雪地里越
来越远去，Dr. Zhivago拼命地爬上二楼，希望还能看Lara最后一眼, 其实只能看到的
是变得很小的马车。
后来，找了原作来看（英文版），一下子喜欢上了，就觉得是似乎是俄罗斯版的“红楼
梦“。怎么突然觉得，日瓦格医生和宝玉很像。
里面许多对白，把许多很深地道理，不经意间三言两语就说的很清楚，回想起来却意味
深长的很，说出了我心里有但自己不会说的许多意思。可惜，看不了俄文，相信原本会
更有滋味。我怎么突然觉得这本书和“红楼梦”很像。我感觉这个作者和曹雪芹也是很
想象，现代作家里，我能想到只有沈从文和他们像----才华，美学修养，还有真的悲悯
胸怀。常常不禁想，要是晚解放几年，说不定，沈从文能写出一部红楼梦这样的作品的
呢。
