唉，又一个宝宝沦陷了。。 虽然我知道有的宝宝后来又能接受奶瓶的，不过我的宝宝是一个彻底
的“抗瓶派”: 她现在6个多月了，从2个多月起没有在清醒自觉的状况下吸过奶瓶，但是现在体重所
幸还在90%以上，所以我想写一写我们的经历，希望对有相同情况的妈妈有帮助。
其实宝宝在月子里奶嘴胸喂都很好，但是之后我全胸喂了一个多月，在产假结束快要回
去上班的时候，宝宝开始拒绝奶瓶，我们试了各种奶嘴以及网上的各种TRICK均无效，饥饿法最长7
个小时，没有试过让她几天都饿（也可能这样她会屈服，但我们没有忍心过），后来的两个月白天
全靠外婆喂迷糊奶瓶。迷糊奶听上去容易其实喂得很辛苦，首先要抱着宝宝哄睡，然后要抓准时机塞
奶嘴，睡得不够沉的话会把宝宝弄醒，睡得太沉了她又不肯吸，必须很有耐心地反复塞反复哄，所以
喂一顿奶都要花好大气力，而且副作用是白天的NAP无规律可言，不过迷糊奶的历史意义对我们宝宝
也很重大：4个月CHECK UP 体重还是95 以上；当外婆签证到期要回国的时候，宝宝也彻底靠别了

上班，而且还要一人带娃也算有点心得，就想和大家分享。
1. 首先必须考虑各种困难，想想是不是可行，而不是凭一腔爱心就接过宝宝，结果
有事处理不好，大家都很折腾。要考虑有没有可靠的人带娃，自己病了，或者孩子病了
该怎么办，万一阿姨有事该如何处理，如果有事的话，自己的工作可不可能请假。老实
说，一个人带孩子真的不容易，不是完全累得问题，还是担心万一有事情，连个商量的
人都没有。
我是提前很久就找到一个口碑很好的阿姨，对孩子很有爱心，也很喜欢我们家闺女。我
每天都让孩子在她家吃过晚饭才接过来，这样回到家很快就可以洗澡睡觉了。我有时候
要值班，就让孩子在她家过夜，这样我当然要多付钱了。我对于付费一点都不计较，当
然阿姨本身也是合理的人，这样大家客客气气，相处就还好。不过阿姨家离我家很远，
每天开车40多分钟，所以每天我在路上时间是3个多小时，我就路上听听音乐，学学英
语，时间过得也很快。这些都是可以克服的。
我前面几个月是属于完全不可能请假的，除非我是危在旦夕，需要去急诊间报道，所以

介绍另一个选择--手挤（hand expressing). 刚开始我也不知道这个方法。我也去买了
奶泵，但没舍得买200多的，只买了20 多的电动的。感觉不好用，就上网搜相关信息，
结果看到hand expressing 还有它的优点，然后就试。大概1-2周就很熟练了，15分钟
一边。我也试过将2个宽口杯放在合适高度的桌子上，两边一起挤。但累，后来就坐下
，一手拿杯，另一手挤。自己能感觉挤空，每次每边有1-2个奶阵儿。后来上班后也一
直hand expressing. 很方便，不用带一大堆部件，没有声音，减少清洗。如有兴趣可
以搜“hand expressing“（e.g., http://www.askdrsears.com/html/2/t024900.asp)
当然你很满意和有条件泵奶，那不用考虑这个选择。如果我当时会用电动的，也许我也
不会想到试hand expressing.
据说现在国内揉奶师很火。揉只是一方面，关键要挤出来，才能通。没通之前，要冷敷
；通之后，要热敷。

hemorrhoids.
