全体船员通报了斯彻齐的死，并且宣布作为副艇长，他已经接过了潜艇的指挥权。

父亲在2013年去世后，我妈妈在2013年和2014年两次签证都是悲剧。
其中2013年被check了4个月悲剧。2014年就更奇怪，1月面签check了一年，到前两天成
都领事馆的中方工作人员打电话说check超过一年了所以case closed，没有据也没有签
，直接close，可以再签。我马上查，DoS的网上状态还是under Administrative Proce
ssing, 但是Apply For A US Visa in China的网页上显示2014年10月31号已经214B de
nial。还没有收到护照，所以到底是closed还是denial也还不清楚。
打算下周再去试试，春节前最后一两个工作日碰碰运气。
硬伤是退休4年，丧偶，独生子女在美国、而且我目前485pending，两孙子女也生在美
国，而且因为这两个孙子的出生，我已经快4年没有回国。跟上次2014年1月2000的一个
区别是购入一套房产，有合同和首付收据的证据。
请问邀请信的用处有多大，应该怎么写？如果问计划和变化怎么答。感觉怎么都是一个
