在MS两个多月了，因为今年签证没抽到，所以被安排在北京STC这边呆着（跟FLG待遇不
能比）。说下短期的感受吧，仅供参考。
1. 对待新员工不太重视，基本不会考虑兴趣和背景，会随机分配到一个比较缺人又没
人想去的组。我去的组跟招我的组完全不一样，而我也没有任何相关的背景。而且中国
这边人很说，类似于美国的
outsourcing的地方，常年帮美国打杂，而且经常有dismiss的风险，两边的关系比较复
杂，管理也很混乱，两边都想manage这边的几个苦力，往往两边给的事都要做。相对来
说，中国比较希望你做一些独立的东西出来，而美国希望把所有的dirty work都扔到这
边。
签offer的时候说的天花乱坠，但是来了之后发现是两边都嫌麻烦的人。本来说可以经
常去出差，但是两边都不愿意出钱，于是老板问我愿不愿意自费过去工作。也许这边本

刚找到一份Tableau Developer的工作，学这个软件时间不算太长，三个月左右，考了
一个Tableau Desktop Associate 的证，属于初级，没很多技术含量，考试也才将就
着通过，只比及格分高了一点点，可说实话，这个证还挺管用，放在履历表上很有点女
士腰间名牌包包的感觉，装个门面。当然如果能考出Tableau Desktop Certificate的
证，粉饰效果会更好，但据说那证比较难考，不是机器自动批出分数，而是由真人来判
分的。这Tableau软件全是自学，我一接触就喜欢上了，什么SSRS, Crystal Reports,
与Tableau 一比，既繁琐又累赘，没劲透了。回头介绍一下自己的背景吧，化学专业，

流水平也不太好，有绿卡。会C和matlab编程，但都不精通。研究生期间主要也涉及建
