推迟了两年，现在明明是全球变冷，我们马上就要经历工业革命以来最冷的冬季。地球
马上要进入像明末时代的小冰期的可能要远大于全球变暖的可能。明朝就灭亡于小冰期
导致的饥荒，政治家该严肃的考虑小冰期的问题了。SSRC已经向奥巴马发出了警告。
