都是heel to toe drop非常小的鞋， Newton不一样的
地方是前掌非常厚， 而且有几个lugs...
你说的问题是很多人刚穿minimalist鞋的通病， 跟
neutral/stability没有关系， 简单说，
minimalist和普通鞋的差别是鞋的前后高度差别，
而neutral/stability鞋的差别， 是鞋底内外硬度差别,
并不是一个概念....
概率来说， 真正外翻的人极少， 大约5%, 轻微over的占
绝大多数...
据我所知， 鸵鸟的每双牛顿都穿了1000多迈, 而且很多人穿
牛顿跑triathlon 和 ultra, 所以你说的不适合long run
我不同意, 我也刚穿newton distance跑了个22迈， 没发现
有啥问题....
当然还是那句话，每个人情况不同， 适合我的不一定适合你,
我说的只做参考..... |

是因为support（stability鞋）的原因， 而是穿minimalist
(比如牛顿， 不管是neutral版还是stability版）都会出现的问题....
我之所以适应牛顿比较快， 是因为我穿flats(HS4/tarther/bandito/
DS racer/bikila/hattori/MT110/M730)已经两年了， 该疼的地方都疼
过了（实际上现在有些地方还在疼）...如果是从普通跑鞋换成牛顿的话，
适应时间可能会非常的长， 如果太激进， 的确很有可能受伤(甚至手术）.....
我自己的脚感觉属于轻微over(尤其是右脚）， 所以其实neutral/stability
的鞋都可以穿....
等我的Newton Motion到了以后， 我穿着和Newton Distance比一下，
看看区别大不大.....

现在用的都是100和300系列
优点是stability, sensitivity,reproducibility
官方的baseline stability是0.0003 abs/hr,我实测到新的机器可以到0.0001abs/hr，
多次重复一致
缺点是维修比较贵，由于典型的double beam设计，旧仪器chopper元件的故障率很高，
基本上两三年要换一次，当然也是因为我们用的assay比较intense，经常7X20的用
一直很想买他家的50/60系列，但是老板不批钱
50/60系列的优点是速度和方便
像楼上讲的Agilent一样，可以开室测试。因为使用功率非常高的Xenon lamp，而不是
普通的UV/vis lamp，所以室内光源对测试基本没影响。而且由于Xenon lamp直接覆盖
190-1200nm，没有通常所见的uv/vis光源切换造成的spike。这个系列使用dual beam设
计，没有chopper元件，所以故障率比较低。缺点是理论上来讲没有double beam的

今天是第一次发帖，算是给自己的找工作历程标记一个开始。找工作不同于申请或者作
研究，不是一个人单打独斗。所以希望在这里能和大家多交流经验，分享信息，同时也
是互相鼓励。下面附上我自己的的简历，希望大家能够不吝赐教，多提建议。另外我会
陆续把我的一些个人经验发上来。谢谢！
关于简历：我现在主要的目标是Consulting公司中的Scientist/Engineer。我在国内的
本科和硕士专业分别是给排水工程和市政工程，无论是工程还是研究经验都是偏重于水
和废水处理技术的应用，来美国后做的研究则偏向Science。客观评价的话，我的实际
操作能力较强，性格很开朗，善于交流，喜欢学习新知识，所以感觉Consulting应该是
个不错的尝试，而一份目的明确的简历则是这个尝试的开始。考虑到这个目标，我的简

season, 三年RWD+Gislaved Nordfrost*3。我自己的，FWD+all season一直都在开。我
感觉AWD+all season+stability control在雪地里的控制性和可预期性比RWD+snow
tire强N倍。开AWD + all season + stability control在雪地里的可预期性好到几乎
boring。我觉得汽车论坛上一个不好的风气就是总是强调驾驶技术，忽略汽车本身的技术，其实我觉得
汽车本身的技术，比如traction control, awd, stability control比驾驶技术牛重要多了。
你驾驶技术再牛也不能实时监测到某个车轮打滑然后只给它自己刹车吧。无论技术多牛，两轮驱动的车

想大雪难得，一年也就一两次，就在雪地里把备胎换了，浇了两桶热水化轮胎上的冰，
又跑去玩了一圈。这两天对stability control 领悟又深了一层。stability on 时，
检测到打滑，侧滑，油门就没用了，不能加力。只有把center lock turn on 才能关掉
stability control，才能飘起来。

看了一篇的文章
有解释为啥Shell Rotella T、Mobil Delvac这些heavy duty diesel oil的Used oil
analysis结果都很突出的原因，普通engine oil是S certification，例如SJ、SM。商
用truck engine oil是C certification， 目前是CI、CJ。C的additive package比S的
牛x很多，但有可能会不兼容乘用车上的catalytic converter。
我的G35目前就在用Shell Rotella T，摩托车下次换油也准备用这个。mobil的
synthetic motorcycle oil 1 quart 12刀，受不了。
