老婆主动给买了双超炫的saucony kinvara 2，她看上样子和造型了，感动中。估计她
没看到偶屯的跑鞋（都给偶放到壁橱里了），只看到偶一直用一双超薄超轻咩有创意的
NB730在跑，于是老婆主动给付了钱kinvara 2。哈哈哈。。回来小试了一下，一般偶是
10分
pace，穿这个鞋，warm up时，就跑出了9分的最好成绩，不敢多跑，留着里程数给明天
，不然多了10%的周增量，脚又要不知道哪里痛了。
好鞋子真是多啊，kinvara 2让你简直没法用heel strike，前脚cushion又很多，又很
stable，4mm的heel to toe drop，每一步都让你不得不用forefeet着地。是个很好从
高跟鞋过渡到平跟鞋的过渡鞋，对小腿要求比NB730少不知道多少，一般训练偶还是要
坚持用艰苦一点的鞋子，以后要跑比赛要速度，偶就用kinvara 2了。saucony这个牌子
不知道啥来头，但是偶已经有6双saucony了。kinvara 2比hatorri cushion多了很多，

发帖数: 629 | 5 I like them so far. I am 164cm. Skis are 156cm, 112/66/99, Cielo model (
Volkl's intermidiate skis). Overall fairly stable and float nicely. The
edges are nice and grab just about right. Although my right ski is not as
stable as the left one, but I am thinking that it's a binding/boot problem.
Plan on getting it checked out once I get to JH. Keep in mind that I
rarely ever go down very fast though......
Thinking about demoing Roxy or Tierra from Volkl nest season, just to get a
feel. |

is not bad on Mogul. I guess it needs more power to initiate the turn. |

unimpressed with most of them. I now see why some people have such a
negative reaction to rocker - some of these skis are crap in anything other

not to mention men. My husband is an intermediate in his first year and he
skis -0 after some demos and really likes it. Much more stable and no issue
turning. It also depends on the skis' profile (his has tip/tail rocker).

上身倾斜和follow turn就是本能。技术足够成熟后，回归本能追求performance。
遗憾的是，99% (甚至99.x%)的skier没达到技术足够成熟的那个阶段。雪场上放眼望去
都是上身转来转去歪过来倒过去的skier，能做到上身quiet & stable的才是牛人。要
练到上身quiet & stable的地步，可比做到你贴的图的那个样子难多了。
你贴照片的人，都是从很小就开始滑雪，成人后都成为pro的big mountain freeskier
，这些人更是早已超越了追求技术追求form的境界。欣赏膜拜就好，没必要截个图把他

my feeling is: due to not headlight enough, head size is relatively big,
again, generally speaking, small head size and light head will maximize the

was the 1st game which I started with 0:40. No deuce after 1st game.
Violent male is not stable, so if they are on, they may win a game.
Stable male, if 0.75 below the opponent, has no chance at all to win a

从“我”的角度说，因为我一直在模仿他们－－我一直在邯郸学步，只不过我本来就不会走路，我的本性是只会爬的－－但是和孙猴子到人间混就要先寻件衣服敝体一样－－我必须模仿周围人走路的样子。
所以我特别在意观察别人，全部为了模仿。
后来他们忽然长大了,他们好像reach了某个stable state，我可以模仿他们外在的行为、模式，却无法复制这个stable state，他们不再是我一路上学习的对象和像一盒巧克力那样打开的伙伴。他们变成各不相同的许多谜团，封闭、不可思议、难以理解。 |

Fender琴桥一般般。 好像是Yngwie说的，他以前认为Fender一定不容易跑调，因为他
的偶像都在用Fender，可是自己一用了就发现不是这样一回事。
所以我一般比较喜欢用有 locking tuners 的Strat. 当然，上弦时如果不怕麻烦在
tuner 处打结也有类似的效果。 Gibson 的琴出厂时都是这样打结上弦的。
这里要称赞一下Ibanez, Ibanez 高档的琴桥很稳的。 |

In my area, Time warner is crap. Not stable at all. It is like all ppl in
the neighborhood share the same bandwith I guess. So the speed is
significant slower at night during which most ppl use the internet.

barely meets expectations.
It is not tall enough unless fully extended. I almost never extend the last
leg, which is so skinny. When center column extended it is not as stable.
The ball head is okay but no true quick release.
At 2 lb, it does enable me to take tripod hiking.
I guess there is no such a thing as light and stable. |

iterative solver。。。因为换台机器 round off error 就不一样，IEEE float
pointer 标准没法管那个。。。所以算法还是有 computational more stable 和
computational less

被撞的同事现在是STABLE CONDITION，继续输血，处于药物昏迷中， 至少还要在重度
护理中住一个星期。希望没有引发感染。
被撞的狗脊柱坏了，几天后被PUT DOWN。
签证我补交了加急费，他们终于把加急费和我的申请对上号了，说给我按加急办。希望
顺利拿到,别再说我文件有问题

先是出去玩的签证有来不及了危险 － 希望快点下来，早点踏实，别耽误了月末的出行。
然后最近睡眠差，周末竟只睡４，５个小时就再睡不着，过得又困又容易生气。
还有，周日去做头发，HIGHLIGHT给我做得颜色太浅又太大绺，改正也没改好，气死我
了。
再就是，公司的一个很好的人周6刚出了车祸－溜狗时他在马路边上站着不动，被一车
撞了，失血很多，现在还是CRITICAL CONDITION。哎，真难过。希望他能好起来。他的
狗也伤得很重，还在宠物医院里, but in stable condition。

导论﹕给华人教会的紧急呼吁
两千年的教会史告诉我们：主基督的教会继续不断成长前进，同时也面临世界接二连三
的挑战。五花八门的试探，想要引诱教会在信仰生活事奉各方面姑息妥协，顺应世界潮
流。然而，教会付上血泪代价至死忠心，竭力持守护卫『从前一次交付圣徒的真道』。
「后现代主义」已经席卷整个世界，男女老幼已不再相信有绝对的真理，各人根据自
己主观经历来看圣经，自说自话众说纷纭。情感居首经验挂帅，教义不明真道不彰。因
此，在教会内外生灵涂炭，人心饥渴寻求救世真道，即圣经所启示的全面福音真理。华
人教会值此关键时刻，再次面临承先启后的时代挑战：尽忠持守、信靠传扬圣经为上帝
无谬误的话语。
历世历代以来，教会一直坚持认信圣经是圣灵默示所写成的，所以圣经本身就是上帝的
话，圣经就是神在说话。因为圣经就是神的话，所以是我们全心顺从的唯一最高权威，
是我们信仰与生活的最高准则。主耶稣基督透过圣经与圣灵来治理祂的教会。神呼召教
会要传讲、教导、护卫、顺服圣经(祂)的话，做为天国子民的生活法则。华人教会急需
