统计小硕, 现在在医院里做statistician, 现在的工作还可以, 老板比较信任和倚重,
就是事情很杂.
然后正在找工作, 现在有个小CRO的机会, 不知道要不要去.
两个地方的title都是statistician, 主要做trial design和analysis.
CRO大概六七十人的样子, 主要的clients是些小药厂, biotech之类的, 听他们说的感
觉client没有大药厂.
sponsor H1B, 但是可能要交到外面的staffing company办. 就是组织关系挂在
staffing company下面, 然后给这个CRO干活. 绿卡自己已经递了, 不用公司sponsor.
觉得去CRO的好处是可以多学东西, 而且算工业界经验. 但是不知道这种小CRO以后跳槽
会不会很不利, 公司没什么名气.
另外统计小硕以后想去大药厂的话有CRO经验有没有帮助.
然后就是现在的老板对我挺好的, 要是去CRO的话要三周之内走, 老板只有我一个人干
活, 我这么走了他肯定会很崩溃.
觉得很对不起老板.

想来想去，还是想再折腾一下

我现在正在用cpt在一家公司工作，原来的offer是到4月底
已经试过了问可不可以有permanent position，可不可以有extension，都被拒绝了，
说暂时是fully staffed，不过他们在hire我后有问过学校关于hire international学
生要怎么样，学校好像跟他们说得给我办绿卡。因为当时并没想留下，所以没仔细问是
怎么回事
同时在找工作，老板也知道，有过两个机会都因为现在没办法full time工作没有成。
