正在与FO做一个比较重要的项目，是项目IT方面的lead, 暂时可以说是独当一面, 也受
到项目里面FO的人的好评。
前年底review要求升职，因为在本职位已经呆了两年，重点说明这个项目需要是更大的
responsibility，那时的老板和FO都答应提名，但是没有升上，promotion panel
feedback原因是在本职位时间不够需要历练多一会。知道消息后马上向老板表达不满，
后来工资升了一些才了事。
去年底review还是top 10%,老板主动帮申请升职，但是同时部门里内斗，老板失势宣布
调组，同时team里好几个人（做其他项目的）离职，新老板是部门大老板的嫡系，私下
跟我说前年无法升职觉得遗憾，说我和FO关系好，项目有大前途，会努力促成升职的事
情。与此同时FO的大老板也大力支持。
项目现在是关键阶段，本来想是水到渠成，谁知too simple too naive, 上星期旧老板

就是比起其他地方（具体说吧，TX，AZ，CO，CA就更不用说了）低，不争的事实。而税
收是不低的，这些都能查到。
但，对于热爱这片土地的人来说，我可能显得很刺耳，很hash，我道歉。
我是一个很实际的人，follow the money，不follow the money的人也犯不着跑到USA
来.我觉得自己费了老大劲读了这么多年书，考了N多试，费了九牛二虎之力在美国站稳
脚跟。我没有感情，兴趣和义务去拿自己的钱去养索马里（和黑黑，莫莫）大爷们，何
况他们根本就没觉得自己在这个国家有什么stake，更谈不上duty。

资料显示，亚裔在美国要比其他族裔成绩优秀许多才能上同样的学校。要上同样的名校
，亚裔SAT要考1550分，白人1410分，而非裔只需要1100分*（英文和数学满分是1600）
。亚裔入学这么高的门槛使得许多亚裔的大学申请者非常害怕，有些干脆拒绝列出他们
是亚裔—其实学校一看名字还是能知道哪些孩子是亚裔。。。
下面几周内，我们需要征集到至少五万个签名，让结果写入Amicus Curiae (“法庭之
友”的文书)作为证据资料递交最高法院。我们要表明亚裔赞同以考生的综合素质（而
