来。。。
先找了几次半联动点，然后上路的，一次都没有stall，就是有时候油门轰太大了车也
不走，离合抬慢了。
还经历了红灯坡起，用手刹的那种，没有后溜也没有stall，就是有点慢了被后面的
shuttle逼了一下。 |

水。可以完全肯定是水管漏水。漏水的地方其实没有水管。距离现在在一楼天花板
漏水的地方（也就是二楼木地板翘起来的地方）大约3尺的地方是面墙。墙的另外一边
是stall shower.初步怀疑是这个shower的管道有地方漏水，然后流到了3尺外的地方。
大家说我是不是把stall shower的dry wall 切开检查？
约了一个水管工，请问水管工如果打开dry wall/地板。他们负责装吗?
他们是不是必须打开dry wall, 检查之后才能给estimate?

shower.
在二楼, 距离stall shower(走热水和冷水的墙里面）旁边的墙大约1尺的地方木地板下
面是
湿润的。
一楼recessed light旁边的水有时候滴，有时候不滴，所以可以确定不是water pipe的
问题，因为如果是water pipe,应该一直滴水才对。
也不应该是shower drain的问题，因为这个shower从来不用.
去了attic看， 非常干燥，没有屋顶漏水的痕迹。
有经验的说说到底是什么地方在漏水？
房子是colonia的，漏水的地方旁边紧挨着车库，所以屋顶是高底不同的两个level |

inspector说不是大问题，可能房主封死shower stall缝隙,水气不能发出去反而留到外
面造成，说是把缝隙打开就行了，agent说找人来修就几十块钱。
房子整体状况不错，不过主卫洗澡房漏水也太讨厌了，强烈怀疑inspector说的客气了
，觉得这么简单搞搞没法解决问题，难道买完房发现没修好，要去用客卫。 |

可以听发动机，
还有操纵灵敏度，反应迟钝就有失速危险，
stall warning的触发level也是和平时一样的。
除了眼睛看到的地速高，其它都是一样的。 |
