I don't know why you keep trying to argue against the written rule of
aviation. TCAS emergency commands override all other commands. That's the
rule. It's as fundamental as pushing the nose down when you suddenly get a
stall warning. You take immediate corrective actions, then you try to
figure out what's happening.
The Russian pilots was confused and that's why he was at partial fault of
the accident, making the last mistake in the chain of mistakes. |
