Be that as may:
1. many people do foss not for commercial profit, so whether
it's commercially irrational seems irrelevant for them, and
2. some other people are trying to figure out viable business models
for foss. Some of them have succeeded to some extent - e.g.
mysql, jboss, spring source.
The bottom line, I suppose, is that from a pure, capitalist market
standpoint, foss is indeed just "free as in beer". Is giving away
something for free commercially irrational? Maybe, but then
maybe not |

It has always been my standpoint. JS is here to stay since it's the
only scripting language supported in all browsers. But it's a lousy
language also. That's why components vendors will write these ajax
components that work across browser and others can just use them
and minimize js codes. I've predicted that years ago and it's happening.
To summarize, you need to use JS since that's the only way in web
programming, but you don't have to write that much of them. Or you

graduate hours in the field. However, from a university's standpoint, the
better qualified the instructor, the better it is for the school.

The 220V voltage level in China is phase-to-ground voltage. One of the input
terminal connects to ground partially for safety requirement.
The 220V residential voltage in the U.S. is phase to its own opposite
voltage, and the phase-to-ground voltage is still 110V. If you check your
dryer, it should have a 3-prong plug. If you bring 220V to the single-phase
terminal of your device, you connect a live voltage to a supposedly ground
terminal. |

thermoset are talking about the repeating processability of plastics. I think
crosslink density is usually specific for rubbers.
It might be a convenient to manage the knowledge with familiar concepts, but

text for the accurate answer.

outstanding AMG is a different story.

weaker. If you could not get >245 on both steps or your background is not
related to radiology at all, it is very hard though. If I were you, I would

from theoretical standpoint, all exponential error GLM is just a special
case of dispersion GLM and can be represented in a general formula form as
shown in Song's paper.
in other words, there are some models fallen outside of classic GLM based on
exponential errors, such as simplex model (which is a very good candidate
models for unity outcomes). |

anywhere lower than 40mg/dl? Under 50 or 60 mg/dl would be hypo already. On
top of that, with two new FDA guidance coming out, any claim below 40 mg/dl
would be unrealistic to achieve the accuracy requirement. Technically it is
feasible, but from clinical and regulatory standpoint this is not something
manufacturers want to claim.

I urge you to take immediate steps against SCA-5. SCA-5 is schemed to change
the California educational system. SCA-5 will eliminate the right to be
protected against all kinds of discrimination in education. Making things
even worse is the fact that SCA-5 is merely the first step towards a
terrible path. SCA-5 would result in mandated discrimination against certain
students applying to UC campuses.
