遥控器都还有货，就顺手拿了一点。写着free after staple rewards的电池也拿了两
盒，这个staple rewards和rebate相比有什么区别，该怎么拿回来？我有staples的卡。
最后悔的是原来没指望在staples买什么东西，没有去买coupon，那不然今天就可以把
税钱也拿回来了。而且今年也没有免费的插座，比较不爽。 |

發現Newegg有個deal，相同規格的laptop只要$429，還free shipping+no tax，所
以我東西沒拆封今天直接拿去店裡refund。
去Staples後店員說我機器已經使用，所以要chare我20% restocking fee，但我壓根沒
動過這台laptop，但Staples就硬是說外箱的封條有拆過，也確認裡面的機器有人為使
用過的痕跡，我說真的沒動這台機子，東西買來就是這樣，Staples就請專人過來check
整台機器，又發現另一個問題，就是hard drive跟memory都不是原本的規格。
原本配置應該是500GB 7200rpm硬盤+6GB內存，現在裡面變為320GB 5400rpm+4GB內存。

小弟的staples rewards帐号过去一直正常，但今天登录帐号的时候突然发现在
帐号主页上有句话：
Any Staples Rewards earned on this account will be issued to the main
cardholder, JIE MA
请问各位大虾遇到过这样的问题吗?
我根本不认识什么Jie Ma，
打电话给staple，客服给我说不需要我同意就可以把我的帐号和其他人链接起来，而且
他们没有办法解开。唯一的办法就是开个新帐号，而且老帐号里面的rewards不能
transfer到新帐号去。也就是说所有的rewards就没有了。
请教各位有没有办法对付这个问题啊？Staples太过分了，我什么都没做就搞成这样，
而且也没收到任何email和信件通知。 |

一个多月前在STAPLES下单在STORE pick up, 但迟迟没收到confirmation 就又下了一
单寄到家里的。 后来寄到家里的先到了。 所以后来收到store pick up ready 通知也
就一直没去取。 想着过期了order就自动cancel了。
没想到今天查信用卡两个order都被charge了。 再问staples居然说店里那单已经被人
pick up了。 我去店里要来了pick up的签名明显就不是我的。现在staple让我去跟信
用卡公司dispute.
想问问这种情况究竟应该找谁。是否要报警。 我觉得应该是staples的责任吧？ 今天
去店里时旁边一小二不停瞄我我怀疑是不是就内贼干的。
来美国这么多年了一直挺放心没想到会发生这事。。 大家有没有遇到过的。 有什么建

看到mm们对staples recycle墨盒挺有兴趣的，呵呵，来说说我知道的一点info，希望
有点帮助。
A. reward account
首先recycle墨盒需要申请staples的reward帐号.凡是staples的以reward形式兑现的
refund,都需要有这个帐号才能享受相关的deal.
当你在一个reward帐号下面一年的消费量达到一千的时候,这个帐号就升级成premium帐
号了. premium帐号有什么好处呢? 首先是free shipping. 本来staples网上购物需要
满50刀才提供 |

SKU is 805147. UPC may be 884420934035 (printed on receipt). Model number on
store tag is CD035A#ABA. Printed store tag stapled to box, dated 12/20/10,
had a price of $40.50, but it scanned at $15.50. Used 10% off coupon to
reduce it to $13.95. Only one, NIB, at store I visited. Asked them to check
other stores' inventory, and most had one, a few others two. It's no longer

decent price. Actually the best on the web even before coupons, although not
as nice as the recently expired OfficeMax deal for the APC Back-UPS XS 1000
which could have been had for about $65 + tax with a PM and coupon to
Staples. I missed that one, but the XS 1000 would have been overkill for me
anyway.
