在美国年收入15000左右可以活吗……”。“底层民众”这个提法，根据我的理解，可
能是指收入在贫困标准线以下的阶层，如果按此标准划分的话，我想绝大部分到美国读
书的留学生或新移民都有“底层民众”生活的经历，对此我们耳闻目睹、亲身经历，深
有体会，可以说给大家听听。
留学的名额，到美国作访问学者，当时教育部给他的生活资助费我记得是一年八千多美
元(现在已经提高到一万六千美元以上)，在那时已经算是很高的资助了，此外还有免费
来回机票一张、在美交通费报销等。这样的待遇，对许多自费留学生来说，简直是不可
想象的，但每年八千美元的生活费显然是不够赴美签证标准的，因为这笔钱的数额，比
美国的贫困标准线还低，根据卫生及公众服务部的标准，1999年单身收入在8240美元之
下的属于低收入(2009年提高到10830美元)，所以他: 将自己的银行存款加上，才成功
获得签证来到美国。
起的都是与他情况类似的大陆访问学者及家属)，包括水电煤气，自己申请了一部电话(
那时手机还是稀罕物)，每个月三十美元的电话费，加上一百多美元的伙食，另外参加

肉。想精致一些的，会先铺上翠绿的碎沙拉叶，加上猪肉、鸡肉或是冷鱼，几片黄白相

State Attorney General. That's what I did and they actually helped me! (and

房东就是因为这个原因才强硬的，知道你搬走之后回不来/没空回来搞。
比如PSU有这么个臭名昭著的房东copper beech townhomes，比你这家的情况黑上好几
倍。
所有中国学生受到的都是3000+的账单，美国学生收到的都是<1000（同样被黑，程度稍
轻），就是欺负你搬家之后很可能不会回来告他们。
你可以打电话回去问问你们本地的律师有没有人愿意接手，至少弄个正式一点的信，
警告一下也好。

few before in Gold level. It is also her first time to move to prechamp. I am
acturally a little bit worried about this. But our coaches suggest us to go
prechamp instead of gold.
I stard ballroom dance when I was a soformore back in China. But only during
