中华五千多年文明史的实证，良渚古城外围水利工程在人类文明进程中发挥着重要价值。
“良渚古城外围存在着由许多条坝体构成的庞大水利系统，说明当时的统治者十分清晰
如何规划水利设施建设和管理劳动力，这为人类了解早期国家的组织方式提供了很大帮
助。”英国牛津大学教授Jessica Rawson说。
美国伊利诺伊大学教授LisaJ.Lucero甚至认为，良渚遗址的发现重新书写了中国甚至世
界史前史，它提供了早期人类聚集方式和国家形态的研究证明。
美国夏威夷大学马诺分校教授MirianT.Stark表示，在其目前有关东南亚的研究中，还

， 到帝国主义国家找死。。。
别的例子我就不举了。 浙大似乎跳楼一个， 清华北大我还真没有见国家亏欠多少。。
清华颜出国， 开始怀念清华食堂， 早有人预料她会怀念国内拿到手软的科研经费。。

一、陆军大学的建立
军事教育是随着军事技术的进步和政治上的需要而发展的。欧美各国自产业革命以来，
资本主义得到
突飞猛进的发展。军事技术也由冷兵器、短兵器发展到热兵器、远程速射兵器，单兵种
发展成多兵种
配合作战。战略战术也日趋复杂。为适应军事扩张掠夺殖民地的需要，列强纷纷发展高
等军事教育，
培养高级军事人才。如德、法、日办陆军大学，俄国办苏沃洛夫军事学院。
清王朝尽管经历了自鸦片战争以来一次又一次战败，却顽固地坚持其陈腐落后的军事制
度，拒绝大规
模的军事改革，招致了甲午中日战争的惨败。腐朽的清王朝也开始感到日本侵略者的致
命威胁。于是
