0.gym stationery bike 10分钟warm up。
以下动作，除了5，其它都是两脚都要作，不要光作受伤的脚，以确保两侧均衡。
但是先用好的脚作支撑脚作，再作另一边伤脚。
1.站墙边，翘起脚尖抵在墙上，身体根据承受能力往足部加相应力量，
stretch 小腿，跟腱。两边各1分钟。
2.找个球（比如足球，gym里面轻一点的medical ball等）。
单脚站立，另一只脚拨动球绕支撑脚逆时针，顺时针各转五圈，换脚重复。
3.站立稳，支撑脚后脚跟不要离地，脚尖一直保持朝正前方不动。
一只脚（左脚为例）连续出脚点左前方30度，正前方，右前方30度。
每点一次后回到右脚边再出脚点下一个点。右腿微屈，重心放在右脚。
在身体不要左右摇摆转动，支撑脚规范的前提下，尽量点远一些。
重复五组，换脚。
接下来再一只脚（左脚为例）连续出脚点身体左侧和右侧。
右腿姿势，身体注意事项均同上。
重复十组，换脚。
4.站在离地大概20cm高的box（或者台阶）上。
左腿离地，重心放在右脚，下蹲，左脚后撤点box下的地面。

发帖数: 746 | 26 上过课的还是不一样的，估计他们不是人人都上过课吧。
原来在学校的时候，pool有一面玻璃墙，对着gym里的stationery bike，
我骑车的时候经常看他们上kayaking课。
练那个roll的时候很有意思，男男女女，有人一下子就能翻过来，
有人怎么练都不行。从比例上也没什么特征，看着非常fit的男生，
游泳也游得好的，翻不过来就是翻不过来。
还有人苦练之后能练出来，突然就悟了，有人怎么搞都不行。
跟会不会游泳确实没关系，我见过学校游泳队的小伙子也没翻过来的。
估计这个跟会不会使用core strength有关。
至于划raft，翻了落水了，后面其实就是穿着救生衣怎么漂的问题了，
经验和冷静更重要，会不会游泳也没啥关系了。 |

为了减肥，我试过跑步，stationery bike,游泳，
其中骑自行车比较有效，但是真的是太枯燥了。
网球是后来喜欢上的，根本没抱着减肥的目的，
痴迷的时候一周打五天，有时候一天打两次，
结果无意间发现体重唰唰的就下来了。
感觉就像抢了个大deal临出门小二跟你说还有一个100off100的coupon送给你

呵呵，每次打两三个小时下来大汗淋漓，回家称体重就可以很A Q地假装减肥好多lb，
我也知道这个只是刚运动完的脱水，一般喝两杯水体重就回来了
但一周三次以上打球的话，体重很明显是曲线下降的
打完球，体重降很多，喝水补充回来，但整体比之前一天还是有下降。
一个半月快两个月了，体重从170减到 164 lb了
虽说之前有高手说新手可以不需要跑动，甚至站着不动都可以，我和partner打球还是
挺能满场瞎炮救球的，呵呵，救起来的时候也觉得挺high
昨晚参加我们那的drill,依旧10刀，group drill，结果昨天就去了两个人，简直成了
semi private lesson了，被教练折磨了两个小时，差点喘不上气，回家一称， 163 lb
，史上最低， |
