总的来说，偶的jobhunting过程比较顺利，其间得到jobhunting版的帮助
巨大，所以在此分享一下经验，也算是对jobhunting版的一点回馈。
偶是去年11月开始发简历的，到目前为止已拿到几个on-site。另外有
两个phone interview给糟蹋掉了。一次是由于紧张和准备不足，两个关
键问题都没答上来，另一次则是因为偶的crappy English。拿到offer这家
公司的response很快，更新简历后一周human resource索要word版的简历，
再一周hiring manager进行phone interview，聊了一个小时后就说下个月
过来on-site吧。
On-site时跟几个interviewer聊的主要话题分别是：
Interviewer A: Statistical research in industry vs. academia
Interviewer B: Random chat about his projects.

53银行的刘经理在bbs上发帖子招人，没写城市。一位同胞发了简历过去，讨论电话面
试的时候发现位置在Cincinnati，就说不考虑了。然后刘经理在网上发帖子大骂这位同
胞，用了些高大上词汇比如cunt,birdy什么的，还把人简历贴了出来。不知道刘经理有
没有想过，这会给同胞带来多大麻烦。
然后网上混战，看起来支持那位同胞的居多。刘经理也有铁杆支持，就是TD银行的纯种
白人手下的yu经理。混战中刘经理还有版主把一些帖子删了。
后来也有认识刘经理的同胞发掘了一下刘经理的光辉历史，比如讨论手下上厕所频率什
么的，也探讨了一下刘经理行为的思想根源。

但显然是Medical Statistics有更宽广的前景和个人掌控度，主要与数据打交道。
Clinical Research Coordinator也有不少工作机会，似乎有点侧重在与人事协调、文
