(1) An alien, or any person on behalf of the alien, may file an I-140 visa
petition for classification under section 203(b)(1)(A) of the Act as an
alien of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business,
or athletics.

戴西指出，在他2011年4月上任时，洛杉矶联合学区教育委员会就采纳他的建议，展开
开除一名教师的程序。通常这种案例花费25万元到45万元，需时一到二年才能完成。
但是最近两宗开除教师案件耗时更久，而且经过上诉后，每宗案子花费超过100万元。

Landlord Duties:
Covenant of Habitability: In every residential lease, the landlord promises
that the rental and all common areas are fit for the intended use.
Repairs & Code Compliance: Landlord promises to keep the premises in

609.3451 CRIMINAL SEXUAL CONDUCT IN THE FIFTH DEGREE.
Subdivision 1.Crime defined. A person is guilty of criminal sexual conduct
in the fifth degree:
(1) if the person engages in nonconsensual sexual contact; or
(2) the person engages in masturbation or lewd exhibition of the genitals in
the presence of a minor under the age of 16, knowing or having reason to
know the minor is present.

challenging DOMA in district courts in the Second Circuit. This was
