路透社报导说，禁令下达之后，阿拉巴马州至少已有两个县从1月7日起不再向同性恋颁
发结婚证。
美国最高法院的有关同性婚姻的判决中，称一些州的婚姻法违反了其决定，但是另一些
州的婚姻法没有违反。摩尔在其禁令中说，这一做法在阿拉巴马州引起了“迷惑和疑问

*纳罗斯高中悬挂十诫的起因于枪杀事件*
维吉尼亚州贾尔斯郡的纳罗斯是一个名不见经传的乡村小镇。前不久，贾尔斯郡学区被
一个自由派组织告上联邦法庭，把这个人口仅两千多人的纳罗斯镇带入人们的视野。根
据美国法律规定，公立学校均由社区管理，而这个学区恰巧坐落在比较保守的社区。
走入纳罗斯高中，走廊的墙上悬挂的包括宗教和历史文献在内的29幅镜框夺人眼目：十
诫、大宪章、美国第一任总统乔治·华盛顿的头像、正义女神的图片等。。。
沙恩·维尔伯恩(Shahn Wilburn)是当地“河景浸信会”的牧师。在贾尔斯郡公立学校
展示十诫和历史文献的建议就是由他提出的。
1997年到1999年间，好几个州的公立学校发生数起校园枪杀事件，其中1999年科罗拉多
州哥伦拜恩高中的校园枪击事件最为严重，有13人在这一事件中丧生。

brief filed with the U.S. Supreme Court that Kentucky's ban on gay marriage
isn't discriminatory because it bars both gay and straight people from same-

trial and error 然后自己归纳出自己的一套战略原则。所以太简单的钓鱼，我完全
没有兴趣，反倒是失败杠龟以后，我还想一去再去。找到有咬口，即使没有上钩，对我
而言都是一种胜利。
说到 fly 的颜色，这里有个有趣的经验（其实我想大家都有类似的经历）：
我们这里的传统智慧说，钓 chum 一定要用 chartreuse 颜色的 fly，所以昨天岸钓时
我就是用 chartreuse 的 fly。但同钓的白女也是个不信邪的人，她一直用 orange 颜
色，我叫她换他不肯换，到最后我们俩钓的数目差不多！
然后两三个礼拜前，我只身北伐温哥华的 Staver River，也是为了钓 chum。我是第一
次去，去之前看看有几个 chartreuse 的 fly，觉得应该够用了。谁知道到了那里，三
四个钟头只钓到一条，旁边其他人却是中彩连连，我心想：他妈的，连小鱼都欺生！最
后忍不住，问了旁边的人，他说要用粉红色与紫色，而我唯一接近的颜色是红色，于是

2001 年移民美国，首要之务是买房买车。女人负责买房，男人负责买车，于是我就上
网去 research 一下大家对车的评价。结果是彻底放弃！
不管是高档的 BMW X5 还是低档的 Camry，一定都有人说它这里不好那里不好，但同时
也有很多人说它这里好那里好。到最后我终于悟出一个道理：每个人欣赏的角度不一样
，需求不一样，结果一定是各说各话。即使是所谓的汽车专家，也不过是多看过几辆车
，可能比你我客观一点，但到最后还是脱不了他自己的主观评价。所以我根本懒得
research 了，全凭自己喜恶买车。
钓鱼人每个人都有一套理论，甚至也有很多共同信仰的理论，但真的就是最好的理论吗
？上次另一帖里提到钓 pink salmon 用粉红色的信仰/理论。今天再说一个类似的例子：
