--TESTCD和--TESTCD必须是一一对应的吗？
感觉上应该是，但是翻来翻去，CDISC guildline上并没有说明确这点。
最近有个project, 模版上好几处是把多个--TEST对应到一个--TESTCD。 我觉得好像不
该这么做，但是找不到驳斥的理由。
如果按这么做了，用open cdisc validator 或者webex来检查，会不会给出error或者
warning呢？如果给了，会是error 还是warning呢？

是的。这个一一对应是个死规定。
这个模板是SDTM guideline，还是你们公司自己的模板？
也许这个公司模板是放之四海而皆准的，对于不同的study都适用，这类test都归于一个testcd，每个study里只可能出现list里面的一个，而不会出现全部。你做的时候只要一查这个模板，就知道如何给testcd了。如果同时出现了两个，那么testcd里的value会要相应调整。
还有，
在同一个study里，把不同的test 归到一个testcd里，这样的情况很罕见。也许每个公司
做法不一样。你最好查看一下CRF和sap shell，是不是design上把同一test的sub-test
归成一个test做分析。
我不是SDTM达人。不过我们公司所有的ADaM data都是基于SDTM，接触了接近将近60个
study了吧。这个情况我未遇到过。
如果我遇到这个问题，基于我们公司现在的做法3.1.2 guideline，会直接认为是错的
，然后给comment，除非对方给出强有力的理由，不然还得一对一。 |

发帖数: 734 | 10 谢谢回复。先不管模伴，是一个客户公司给的。看着觉得不对，又拿不出cdisc白字黑
子的证据去反驳。
CRF是个问卷。就是问有没吃安眠药（假设的），吃了几天。
问卷有两个要回答的东西，一个是从drop-down menu里选出安眠药的具体种类，A, B,
C, D,然后在紧接的blank里，填吃了几天。 貌似只有一个问题。
所以test就变成了 usage of a, usage of b, usage of c....
他家要求testcd用同一个 "DRUG"， 在--orres放了天数
奇怪的是cdisc的forum里，对这种用法有人觉得可行。
一个testcd，每个study里只可能出现list里面的一个，而不会出现全部。你做的时候
只要一查这个模板，就知道如何给testcd了。如果同时出现了两个，那么testcd里的
value会要相应调整。

们怎么做，别费事找证据了。如果问为什么，就说是Stats需要，原来的数据无法做分
析，非改不可。

study的情况下才能实现。不同的Trial有不同结构的dataset和不同的要求，自然所必
须catch的variable也会不一样。 |

，CRO还要你统计师干什么？理解protocol和sap的目的就是为了在零乱的data中找出规
律, 如果确实是data entry出现了问题，就一定要找出合适的理由去query。
我也碰到一起STDM完全胡闹的例子，由于DM programmer并没有明白data。抓错了
variable，
负责这个study的statistician也不给力。导致计算出来的病人服药量比实际服药量扩
大了4倍。 |
