再说一下这个文章，我以前看过，一开始基本是对的，看到第2篇他对skating的解释的
时候就没看下去，正是他的这个错误的解释，让我知道了他不是十分的专业。
他说skating是溜冰，是看到客人不买的时候溜走，给了一个字面上的解释。
做过sales的人都知道，skating在销售领域的真正涵义是stealing，好比这个客人明明
来找a，那么b上前接待说a今天不在，然后做成了这笔生意就是skating。或是cut
someone off，比如说你明明上前准备去迎这个客人，那么其他人在看到你这个举动的
时候仍然抢在你前面去招呼这个客人也可以说是skating。

essence洗发水,2个5刀，我有个买一赠一的胖子，up to 4.99刀，我买了三组，本打算
用三张买一赠一的胖子，结果那个小二用了一张就不给用了，说coupon上有one item
per purchase的字，我说这不是one item per transaction，而且coupon上有limit 4
per day per household的字样，是可以一次刷多张的。这个小二根本不听，只打电话
叫来了manager。manager过来也帮着她说话，说就应该只用一张。不过后来她同意帮我
override，说可以继续用。但是，又用了一张之后，她又反悔了，说我只能用两张。我
问她理由，她说这个东西本来两个就5刀，我用了4.99的胖子就基本免费了，我不能不
付钱买东西，所以不让用。另外一个类似的东西也由于这样而故意人为地拒收我的胖子
