以前公司的经理拉我去一个新的公司 公司比现在公司大 工资比现在base高30%
现在公司在做一个比较大的project 基本我说了算 这个project做好应该会有很多经验
对以后很有帮助 但是现在公司再走下坡路 而且工资比业界平均都要低。。
犹豫中。。
一边是 刚做一年就跳槽是不是不好。。而且现在的确可以学点东西
另一边是 钱实在 而且公司会比现在的近一点。。公司前景感觉更好 但是可能刚进去
肯定比如老的好混
