大家好，
我腰酸背痛已经快一个月了，有蛋白尿。胃部有轻微溃疡，在服药中。
背痛主要在腰部稍微偏上的部位，髋部最近也开始疼了，主要是早上起床时。
感觉腰部和背部是那种比较僵硬的疼痛。在深呼吸的时候，感到腰部前后（两侧）都非
常疼。
肾超声正常。另外感觉右腿像是坐骨神经痛。
做了MRI，结论是：straightening of the lordosis. Mild L4-L5 and L5-S1 Disc
bulges. No significant stenosis,normal conus.
医生让我做physical therapy，主要就是电刺激腰背部，做一些背飞这样的动作。上周
感觉好多了。周末又不行了。我从网上查了一下，感觉很像僵直性脊柱炎？
请问一下版上的大牛有什么建议，可以做什么按摩穴位之类的来促进康复么？每天早上
背痛醒感觉太难受了。

loop diuretics will decrease blood volumn and decrease RBF which will
increase the activity of both renin and ACE.
ACEI will increase renin also by blocking the negative feedback.
I remember that ACEI is contraindicated if there are stenosis on BOTH sides
of renal artery.
I think if we dilate the obstructed left renal artery by percutaneous
transluminal renal angioplasty, the BP and renin will drop.

第5题虽然感觉diabetic是个高危因素，但是考虑95% occlusion of left anterior
first diagonal coronary artery，说明stenosis developing slowly, and
collateral branches have been developed.
所以不知和C哪个更高危。
3我猜是C。刚看了EKG书，Unusually prominent QRS voltage in leads II, III and
aVF 我的理解是lead I upward, aVF downward, 这时，left axis deviation,所以
left ventricular hypertrophy duo to left hear failure。

发帖数: 4883 | 39 应该不是。pyloric stenosis 基本上第一个月就会吐奶很厉害了。 做个upper gi (也
就是钡餐)，可以检查下 有什么发育异常。 但是我觉得基本上就是 reflux厉害。我家
宝宝也是6-10个月最厉害，天天吐。但是到了12个月就神奇的好了。 什么样的奶粉都
试过了，很贵的氨基酸奶粉也试过，稍微好些，但是还是会吐。 我看过文献，说一半
的reflux娃都有milk protein allergy. 然后又有很大部分的娃同时对豆奶也过敏。加
上植物蛋白对宝宝吸收不是最好。所以我建议你先试深度水解奶粉，比如alimentum,
可以问儿医要sample. 还是不行就上氨基酸奶粉，比如elecare之类。 还有给吃药，
我家宝宝吃zantac无效，最后只能吃那个很贵的prevacid solutab. 慢慢熬，大多数娃
都能outgrow reflux.
至于体重，我的秘诀是多灌迷糊奶，所以我家娃虽然醒着的时候再饿也不愿意喝奶(毕
竟食管烧灼疼痛嘛)，但是睡着了还是可以喝不少的。 所以我们的体重虽然也有减轻但
是不算太离谱。 就是大人要辛苦点。 |

1. 报名
我们学校在毕业前完成了所有的临床课之后就可以报名，我把UNOFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
email给他们（网上有EMAIL 地址），同时ORDER 一份OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT 寄给他们
，AANP效率很高几天就收到EMAIL说已经APPROVE，再过了大概一个星期就收到寄来的
ATT，就可以预约考试时间。AANP给120天的时间，在这个120天内必须考试，不然要重
新申请，除非有特殊情况可以要求EXTEND.这些信息AANP网站跟很多复习书都有详细介
绍。我很多同学当时就考了试（2014年的8-9月，当时我们在做COMPREHENSIVE EXAM,还
