不过到后面发现的确有个问题绕不过去，只有US resident才能被claim为dependent。

不存在derivative status.有几个人就要交几个I-130/I-485.你的女儿的I-130和I-485
和你的是分开的。所以她不是和你一起申请。
用现有的I-94填就行。亲属关系的绿卡申请和你的工作无关。只要你的H-1b身份不存在
作假行为，辞职不辞职完全无关。 |
