检方的做法，剥夺了受害者家属参与辩诉交易过程，就认罪协议条款发表意见，向法官
陈情的权利。他们或许以为，只要受害者是中国人，就可以装聋作哑，可能以为中国人
未必知道自己的合法权利，不知道如何表达诉求。
当江玥的家人到达美国后，负责此案的检察官向死者家属解释，主要是担心此案在一个
种族歧视相当严重的地区审理，选出的陪审员可能会有种族偏见而无法定罪。
这个理由听上去不仅是荒谬，甚至可以说是荒诞，就像一个剑客在面对对手时，看到对
手有可能持有更好的兵器，于是举手投降。

中新网6月11日电 女性朋友聚在一起“八卦”一下可不是件坏事。根据美国一项最新研
究报告，经常和姐妹聊天，有助女性降低压力和焦虑，对身心健康都有益。
据“中央社”引述英国媒体的报道说，密西根大学负责这项研究的布朗教授(
Stephanie Brown)指出，黄体素(Progesterone)在建立人际关系及促使女性更愿意协助
他人方面，扮演重要角色，它可以让女性在助人过程中，愿意承担更多的风险。
布朗说，这类荷尔蒙有助降低压力和焦虑，研究结果证实，如果女性经常和姐妹聊
天，可以增加体内黄体素，减压后心情更愉快，身体也更健康。
160位女学生参与这项研究，研究人员将她们分为两组，一组给予一些可以和其它
女学生互动的社交问题，让她们有更多的互动和了解；另一组则安排一起对一份有关植
物学的研究报告进行校正。
20分钟后，研究人员对所有女学生的唾液进行采样，以检测她们黄体素的数量变化。
