有用的东西列了列，也就是在产前尽量要备好的东西， 供准妈新妈们参考。
1.Crib（婴儿床）,需要另配mattress （床垫）和 sheet
2.Bassinet(晚上起来侍候小的次数太多了，一起睡又担心出意外，所以有这个东东放
在床边，随时瞄一眼或是起来都很方便)
3.infant car seat 和stroller， 可以分开买，也有一整套的（叫travel system），
car seat提前装好在车子里，以防提前生了什么的，搞得手忙脚乱。
4.BPA free 奶瓶 (4OZ 的至少要2-3个), 我用的是AVENT，还有DR.BROWN等各种牌子的
；brush to wash the bottle
5.steam sterilizer(蒸汽奶瓶消毒锅)
6.formula(即使你决定喂自己的奶，也要准备一点奶粉，主要有两大牌子的，enfamil
和similac, 我们都用过了，每个孩子都不同，我们的感觉enfamil premium 更合适。

1. 奶泵：太有用了，草牛要用，奶牛也要用，上学上班要用，堵奶更要用。我周围的
朋友人手一只，至少要买个自动的，有条件就上两个泵，再有条件就上handfree的，我
买了medela的，因为要背书包，所以shoulder bag比back pack 实用。
2. high chair 餐椅: 买了fisher price的，宝宝能抬头就可以用了，我们是4个月的
时候上的。感觉比booster seat还是要好用很多。
3. Sterilizer 消毒器：一直在用，每次刷过奶瓶后都直接消毒，非常方便，不同牌子
的基本通用。我们是philips的消毒器配bornfree的奶瓶
4. Bottle warmer 热奶器：对非全胸喂的妈妈来说挺有用的。
5. Nursing pillow : Boppy的，一直在用，除了喂奶还可以用来训练宝宝抬头和坐。
相比之下怀孕时候的body pillow就不那么有用了，有个好床垫，比啥pillow都好用。
6. 奶瓶: Bornfree, 6oz的需要4个左右，9oz的有两个，目前基本够用了。瓶刷屯两三
个够了，晾瓶子的架子我们没有买，都是消毒后直接 |

你可以只洗瓶子，也可以洗了之后消毒一下
不管怎么样，都需要有个地方让瓶子控干
不用drying rack控干就是了
当然也可以不控干就用
如果只想买两者之一，还是消毒的更需要一些
控干可以倒着放在消毒器里面，或者倒扣在一张大餐巾纸上 |
