国内的碗筷消毒机蛮普及，有很多品牌。但是在美国我搜了好久也没搜到。似乎美国就
没有这类电器。GOOGLE了sterilizing cabinet, sterilizing cupboard这些关键词（
在国内卖的火的GE的消毒柜的英文名称），跳出来一些小消毒柜都是给沙龙消毒毛巾或
者剪刀等工具的，没有厨房消毒碗筷的。搜厨房电器和去店里问，只有某些DISHWASHER
有加热热水STERILIZE功能。但是没有单独的消毒机。
国内有卖美国原装进口的WHIRLPOOL的和GE的加热型碗筷消毒柜。但是搜美国的
WHIRLPOOL, GE, 这完全没这类产品。很是不解啊。难道美国禁止这类产品么，或者完
全没人CARE,没有这个产业。
能有什么中文网站在美国卖从中国国内进口过来的国产消毒机也行啊（比如进口九阳豆
浆机那样的）。有么？像苹果网这样的网站里也没这类产品。

就是婴儿配方奶粉了. 因为一直决定母乳喂养，这个research作得最少. 只知道好几种
畅销品牌，比如similac，Enfamil，nestle，gerber，etc. 其实各种牌子，差别应该
不大，都是按指标配出来的么. 每种牌子还有不同的细类. 可能还分不同的stage，给
年龄不一的小宝吃.
奶粉先不买呢. 去它们厂家的网站注册，会收到样品. 医院应该也有样品. 够用一阵子
了. Research我以后用得着再作吧. 现在能懒一点是一点拉.
不过记得从哪儿看来过一条有用信息，说是一个宝宝本来喝similac的，后来便秘拉，
换Enfamil就好了. 所以我暂时倾向Enfamil现在.
VI．Diapers and related:
1．Diapers:
纸尿裤是也. 不同大小的宝宝用不同size的尿裤: newborn，1，1-2，3，4,…每种尿裤
都标明了适用于多重的宝宝. Newborn的是给刚出生的宝宝用的,比别的size都贵.一般

正确的做法是:挤sterile saline 然后用bulb syringe 去吸出来。这样可以有助恢复
。不知道怎么做，youtube上找视频看看。
sterile saline 你可以买littlenose 来用。
祝早日康复。小宝贝生病太可怜。我家的才开始吃饭，上两周差不多不吃不喝，就指望
奶奶了，可惜我又不多。如果你母乳的话，多喂喂吧。母乳抗体帮助恢复。而且喂东西
之前要滴点sterile saline 再吸吸，帮助baby呼吸。 |

我们没有专门为二宝买change table，说实话，没有这个必要，changing pad就足够了
。我们把changing pad放在随便一个平台上，dresser也好，床也好，宝宝在上面还是
很乖的，两侧的挡边阻止了他的随便移动，如果需要，还有一个安全带可以固定他，但
我们基本上都没怎么用过。
宝宝在上面一般是听话的，除了偶尔给你来个突然袭击，阵雨一场，所以不建议用
cover，那样你需要经常拆了洗。如果天气太凉，就垫一块布或毛巾，大不了洗一下毛
巾。这个changing pad的材料是防水的，有了尿，用湿纸巾擦拭即可。月子里这样的
accident时有发生， 如果是大号，也最好在changing pad上处理。

Is the new product a Class I exempt or Class I with 510(k)? Will there be
any design change? Will B have any patient contact? Is the product
sterilized or non-sterilized, single use or multi-use?
This will be a "Engineering change" so your RA will have to sign a ECR or

infection.; and non-sterile, prevent contamination from patients.
For example, we all wear non-sterile gloves for rectal exams.
