(一)美国输华大米必须符合美国和中国的植物检疫法律法规，按照美国官方植物检疫程
序实施检验并合格。
(二)美国输华大米不得带有下列检疫性有害生物：谷拟叩甲Pharaxonotha kirschi、美
洲黑拟谷盗Tribolium audax、墨西哥斑皮蠹Trogoderma anthrenides、谷斑皮蠹

As this question in UW, which i did wrong, there is holosystolic murmur at
sternal boarder in VSD and fixed split of S2 in ASD. So why there is no
fixed split of S2 in VSD? Isn't the mechanism blood overload on the right
side of the heart? Thanks.
