能吃或是能喝，但不能动，很明显哪里疼。二宝当时用止疼药，吃的是小剂量的
steroid去对付inflammation，没用抗生素，三周也开始恢复了。很难说，
咪宝是respond to antibiotics，还是自己恢复了。
但是，如果没有bacteria致病，长时间吃大量抗生素，反而会影响免疫系统。更大的
问题是，酥饼本来就没什么胃口。怕抗生素更影响胃口。
要是实在犹豫，可以小剂量抗生素用一点，前提是不影响胃口的恢复。
酥饼的报告好像是提到inflammation? 还是可以试一试steroid. 只是要缠着医生去
开。

喂抗生素和steroid之类药物。对免疫系统伤害太大。如果疼痛，止疼药是得用。
fortiflora 可以用一点。
我都不敢想，这么短的时间内，猫被灌了这么多药，手术还疼。这要能有胃口才怪呢
。猫在电解质紊乱的情况下，就是蹲着也不愿低头的，因为会难受。
可以买个猫耳朵的体温计，自己monitor体温。看是不是发烧。有多严重。如果
发烧，一定要多喝水或是猫奶。
他拉稀比拉不出来要强。这也是个排毒的过程。只是要注意补水份和营养。一天分几
次喂meshed can food. 另外，pumpkin puree可以喂一点。

用，但是大部分时候对暂时消炎很有效。我觉得让饼饼这么吃很少还一直拉不行。猫猫
必须自身身体有一定strength才能更好抵抗疾病。

the examination results, detailed diagnosis and treatments for my cat? When
can I pick up the printout records?
Have you found inflammation from the examinations done for my cat? If found
, is the inflammation serious? Do you recommend steroid? If you do, can you
prescribe some steroids? blah, blah.
Keep asking questions face to face. Let them know, you will be a chatter
box if you don't get what you need. |

appetite. But real FIP cats don't have appetite.
Is there serious inflammation mentioned in the report? If yes, get some
steroid from the vet. It doesn't mean you will use steroid immediately. But
it's good to have it just in case. Monitor his temperature.
Stress is very bad for cats' health. Let him relax. |

我没时间看医生，就懒得去开药了。
albuterol不是steroid,是short acting beta agonist,直接扩张肺的
激素长期使用是有不少副作用的，长期副作用取决于dose and duration
比如常用的oral steroid: prednisone. 一般在20mg以下，不会强调副作用。但如果用
量在20 mg 以上，使用7天以上，就要告诉病人副作用了

3月有咳嗽，流浓鼻涕。偶尔听到wheezing。和儿医提到wheezing，她说不要太容易给
娃贴标签。上抗生素10天，效果明显。
4月中搬家后，收拾院子。娃经常在边上玩。
娃开始明显wheezing，同时runny nose， cough。尤其是哭闹后明显。
5月初看儿医。当时在诊所做inhale albuterol。o2 sat 97%. 治疗前的o2 sat 没查，
娃哭闹厉害。儿医说，wheezing在albuterol 后有改善。开抗生素10天，和albuterol
液体。
10天后，runny nose 有改善。wheezing 继续。
6月初看儿医。albuterol 和 steroid inhaler。一周后，没反映。继续wheezing，周
一轻度发烧。
上周二看儿医，口服prednisone，steroid inhaler，albuterol inhaler。娃还是
wheezing。

我在网上查到，还有一种是plasmapharesis. Treatment typically consists of one
plasma exchange daily for 5–7 days. 知道那种更有效么?谢谢
TM的机理可能还是autoimmune，可能与最近的病毒感染有关。 大剂量steroids是最常
用的治疗方法， 简单， 没有大的副作用。 可惜steroid的有效性还是有争议， 所以
提倡早诊断，早治疗。 plasmaphresis一般不用， 因为1. 疗效不确定，2 invasive，
小孩很受罪。 所以如果病孩没有危急情况，一般不采用。
大多数TM预后良好， 希望你孩子早日康复。

of NOD2 gene. if both parents are healthy, the affected kid most likely has
a de novo mutation of the gene. it would be very unlikely for two kids
