on his lip. Basically, his tooth punched through his lip. Anyway, when I
arrived at daycare, I asked for an incident report and took picture of the
wound. I also confirmed with daycare director about compensation. After all
this, I took my son to ER for stich and inspection of his teeth. The daycare
reimbursed all medical expense and gave us one week free. That's pretty

分失望，我的98camry LE门上都是一层皮子的，12SE或者LE却都是塑料的门内部，摸着

生完后用了二天的导尿管，后来拔掉了之后的几天pee的时候简直要了我的老命。
现在都生了20天了，那里特别疼。不知道是到底urine还是vaginal，反正就觉的有什么
拽着那里的肌肉一样。一坐在toliet上就特别不舒服。
天天试着做kegal，没有很大的成效。
妈妈们都是用了多久才能恢复的啊，不是永久性的吧。。LG说bb是pussy wrecker,惨了

六月的底去的奥兰多的迪斯尼。行前做了很多功课，收益很多。同时又发现对于网上推
荐的好玩的项目，大家是见仁见智。针对不同的人对好玩的理解是不一样的。
回来的飞机上，7岁的儿子给了做了这个排名。希望对要带小男孩去迪斯尼世界玩的家
庭有些参考。

昨天不仅钓况艰难，而且对于没有找准现在这种低水位ice out小嘴的方位耿耿于怀。
今天和钓友再赴河上，为了换标点方便，我们用了大船。

船。据同河上钓鱼的老美聊天，这几天河上钓况普遍不佳，小鱼有，大鱼不见。
一早8点半第一个到河边，第一个ramp竟然水浅到放不下船去。转道另一条河的深水
ramp，放下去，来到第一个传统标点，毕竟是community hole，已经全是船了。水清水
流急，我们都不喜欢这样的标点。上来抽jerkbait，Strike King的田纳西鲱鱼，抽了
半小时，一口，拉了一半，跑了...这个钓点钓了一会儿，船越来越多，于是转战下游

了写，跑了不到３麦又开始有痛
主要是呼吸的问题吗？，还是喝水太多？开始８麦说话太多不知道有没有影响，但是平
时不说话也有这个问题。而且今天喝水绝对是１麦一小口。。。温度或者湿度有多大影
响？在加州和白老大跑１８麦，说的不少好像也没问题－：）
有什么锻炼推荐吗？去年跑马拉松的时候也是１３麦左右开始痛，真是阴魂不散啊。。

不过他们的共同点就是有一个很长的warmup，大概5分钟左右
然后根据你的情况，一般来说普通人是从慢跑60秒，然后快走90秒开始，重复到30分钟
最后再来5分钟左右的cool down
然后每个星期循序渐进，逐渐增加慢跑的时间，减少快走的时间
当你能坚持到跑5分钟只需要快走1分钟或者30秒的时候，基本上可以轻松跑2mile了
不过一定不要push beyond ur limit，如果你觉得身体实在不舒服，或者side stiches
之类的
千万不要太勉强

对桑神占优的还有克拉吉塞克、克雷特加以及萨芬一休费费等新一代，优势都很有限。
但是桑神对阿加西／贝克尔／考瑞尔等主要对手毫不手软。
不同时代的选手不好比较，不过可以想象桑神的单反面对纳豆的强力上旋有很大麻烦。
以桑神的性格一定会在红土尽量避开纳豆，而集中精力在温网／美网挫掉对方的锐气。
