标 题: 外州收到的 ticket 会在本地的 DOL 记录吗

在加州收到一张 ticket（跨双黄线进 carpool lane），
告诉我会给我寄 citation，我想知道这个会记在 WA 的
driving records 里面吗？
如果会的话，是不是选择上 traffic school 可以免除

之前买车的时候还没有美国驾照，然后Dealer用国内驾照弄了个Quick title。拿到美
国驾照之后，需要去licensing office更新信息吗？

2010年8月19日上午福特基金会项目官员何进博士在我中心会议室与我中心研究人员和
研究生就中心主任巴登尼玛教授福特基金基金项目“构建传承机制，承建藏族文化”的
实施做学术交流。
何进听取了该项目的年度工作汇报，在过去一年里，按照原计划项目组完成了四个方面
的工作：（1）文化中心建设情况：原计划的五个文化中心已建成使用，以文化中心为
依托进行文化培训和教师培训，形成了自组织的管理机制。根据当地村民的要求，又增
建了三个文化中心，现共有八个文化中心。中心功能与效益远远超出原计划。（2）文
化培训：文化培训的主要形式为放映电影辅以讲解，内容主要为国外文化保护、环境保
护、丹巴当地的民族文化节目展播、信息技术手段的培训等，主要工作由李涯和布穷负
责开展。（3）教师培训：教师培训的形式，既包括在丹巴当地开展培训，也有组织教

发帖数: 24887 | 13 个人觉得如果一定要选一个,还是喜欢STID多过MOS那么一点点. 但是实在不觉得应该在
这二者之间选择.也许在MOS和IM3之间选择更公平一些.
注: 我是极爱Superman的,而且承认MOS比79年的Superman要更好看一些,但是也许物是
人非,MOS代给我的震撼或者感动不如当年的超人.但是仍然还是非常值得一看. |

A detective says the teenager charged in a fatal attack on a Columbia
University graduate student claims he tried to stop the victim from running
into traffic.
