还没说方法呢。大家都知道，肌肉的生长是靠雄性激素控制的，
激素不足，再怎么锻炼刺激，吃多少蛋白质，肌肉都不会生长，
所以雄性激素在血液里的含量基本决定了肌肉长不长，当然这不
是鼓励大家去吃类固纯，而是借助自然的调节作用。研究表明，
人在HORNY的时候，雄性激素有大量分泌的迹象，此外还有射
精以后，雄性激素有增加的趋势。所以Sexual Stimuli的健身方法，
就是健身之前，把自己搞得特别HORNY，看点黄片之类的，

you can try some quiet and low key activities before nap/bed time
for instance look outside the window, carry her/cuddle her, talk to her
softly. then start your sleep routine |
