我承认innate immunity里面新蛋白也是有很多，但是重要性还是不一样的。
在MAVS之前，估计james chen在antiviral immunity领域的影响仅限于NFkB/ubiquitin
signaling吧。还有sting,几乎所有新发现的DNA sensor（除了TLR7/9)都是通过sting
signaling来调控下游抗病毒反应.
我不认识舒，仅从我学的领域来评价学术。
有时候作出一个重要的发现不需要太高的水平，但是第一个发现还是很有地位的。就比
如说发现GFP的下村修，水平也许不如Tsien,但是诺贝尔还是要和他分享的。

今日，著名前卫音乐人丁薇在乐视音乐首发新单曲MV《流浪者之歌》，除歌曲旋律本身
创作前卫，兼具艺术性与哲思性之外。MV的呈现也使用了极具艺术张力的表现手法，配
合非线性非故事性画面，讲述和探讨人与人之间的关系。
为了在拍摄上准确呈现，避免演员表演代入，MV中关键性的长镜头一条通过，演员在拍
摄前一分钟才得知自己的拍摄内容。丁薇的搭档Salt说：“我们觉得人生的一切都是馈
赠，人生就是一段’我’和礼物的奇妙关系。我们是父母的、爱人的、孩子的、你我彼

普通小竿配上15磅以上的线钓鲨鱼是没有问题的，但问题是这样铅坠
就不能太重，也甩不远。
要想用重铅坠远抛，同时碰上stinging ray也没有问题，还是建议
用长一点结实一点的杆子，比如10~12尺的，装上20磅以上的线。 |
