让学生自己摸索规律，把数学和生活结合起来而不是搞成answer-getting exercises，
这两点我绝对赞成。
举个例子，我家娃是个小财迷，自从玩上monopoly以后，加减法突飞猛进，乘法也有进
步，因为需要算钱、数钱、找别人钱，小脑子动起来比谁都快

俺家最近一次差点把小娃教傻，是小娃在拼 48 piece jigsaw puzzle 的时候，俺和大
娃为了小娃学快点，教了小娃先拼四周再拼中部的策略。。。但小娃不用那策略，于是
不了了之。。。
但我后来观察了小娃自己独立拼一副新的从未拼过的 130 piece puzzle 过程，对比了
正在教大娃正方体着色问题的 decision tree。我觉得其实小娃自己按她自己想法，用
的类似的 construction-transformation interlaced 的方法是更 optimal 的方法，
虽然该方法违反 routine 的想法。。。
所以 strong-willed 娃也有其好养的地方面。。。 |

bean这些，他还很enjoy，在学校也经常读书给其他孩子听。老师说他已经到了grade 2
reading level，但是如果你要是问他一些细节上的东西啊什么的，他其实很多地方都
是似懂非懂的。我觉得这个年龄的孩子，最重要培养读书的兴趣，我随便他看。我也不
追问和纠结他到底懂了多少。如果他有问题他自然会问我。设想一下如果你读书的时候
旁边不停有人纠正你的发音，时不时考你一下，你也会很扫兴啊。等他大一些，自然理
解能力就会跟上。 |

deal on Saturdays. Deals start at 12:01 sunday & ends midnite on Friday. No
more early deals on saturday's evening anymore :(

Not exactly sure how it was handled, but I do know a guy who had to pay back
~$8000. I don't think he needed to pay anything extra. So it was in some
sense good for him as he got a interest-free loan for about a year.

我就觉得很奇怪，难道不能稍微忍一下吗？仔细一想，怀疑可能是故意的。前一阵我们
公司有个白人同事，莫名其妙就不上班了，开始workk from home。他也没有搬家。后来
